God has warned America for hundreds of years to repent and turn from her wicked ways, and yet she continues delving deeper in darkness. The ones who are at the helm of all this wickedness is the American Government conducting their covert wicked works. With the American Religious Leaders not doing their part in rebuking the wicked has left many American citizens scared, confused, and inquisitive about the future of America. We see this state of confusion and wariness every year, where no one is being held accountable for their actions, which is causing the downfall of America. My nonfi ction book will be able to answer all the readers questions and concerns that they may have. Categories of questions such as the purposely decline of America in poverty, oppression, depression, nationwide debt, diseases, crimes, and much more. My book will blow the minds of those who have to question their sanity of incidences that pertain to the paranormal, supernatural, population mind-control, individual mind-control, teleportation, human hybrids, animal hybrids, and much more mysterious activities that the American Government is behind 100%. My book will allow many American adult citizens to become more aware of the crazy demented activities that are going on in America. This will also allow the American citizens to take a panoramic view of the mysterious happenings that are all across America, and eventually will spread to other nations.

I want to take the time out to give honor to my Hebrew God and His Precious Son, King Yasha (Jesus). If it was not for their omniscient holy wisdom that they have instilled in me, then I would not have been able to write this book. I give all glory and thanks to my Hebrew God and Messiah, for the love that they truly have for all humanity. I also want to thank all the courageous modern-day holy servants of God Almighty. They have allowed God to use them to expose the wickedness of Satan’s kingdom; for those reasons, God will have great rewards for them in the future. God’s purpose for all humans is for us to fight for righteousness and justice. We are to never give up or give in to wickedness, because God has given all humans the Holy Spirit to conquer.

CHAPTER 1

What Are COINTELPRO and Organized Stalking?

The phrase America, the land of the great comes from all four corners of the earth. People from all over the world want a chance to live in this country, where they will be free from all their problems. Sometimes, we can’t help but think of how safe we really are in America. What if America is an illusion to the other nations, keeping American citizens naive to the truth about the wickedness that pervades this nation daily? How much does the American government influence the American citizens in their sick and sadistic crimes or immorality of sins? Why is the American government hiding its wickedness wisely and strategically to where it is unnoticed by the world? Why is the American government hiding behind its veil of crimes that haunts innocent citizens every day? What is the true evil agenda of the American government? Questions are asked daily about why the American government is tearing down America bit by bit, and yet there are no answers.

There is a plethora of crimes committed by criminals in America, and those criminals know the repercussions of the crimes they commit. How come the American government is not being held accountable for the crimes they commit on a daily basis? We, as American citizens, need to ask ourselves, Does America’s government have our best interest at heart? Think for a moment about this. How many crimes go unnoticed on a daily basis, committed by the American government? Well, seemingly no one knows, except the victims of the covert crimes that are in hiding and operated by the American government. These covert crimes are like sleeping giants that spread like an infectious disease that becomes unnoticed, until it is too late. I will explain the other covert crimes in later chapters, but first I will explain this heinous crime. The crime that needs to be acknowledged is organized stalking, which became a divergent of COINTELPRO.

What Is COINTELPRO?

COINTELPRO stands for Counterintelligence Program, which was a series of covert and often illegal projects conducted by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation. This covert government black-operation program was aimed at investigating and disrupting dissident political organizations within the United States. This operation was created by former FBI director John Edgar Hoover, and it had taken place between 1956 and 1971. Directed targets of this operation were any organizations, community leaders, student society groups, or anyone whom the American government felt was a threat. The FBI actually thought they were doing the government a favor by performing crimes against the threat. The reason for the FBI’s unintelligent operation was because they were restricted with laws on what they could and could not do. They wanted to maintain the social and political order, protect national security, and prevent violence.

There were specific tactics that were used by police officers and the FBI. Infiltration was a tactic used against the organizations which they felt were a threat to the government. The government would assign impostors to the organization to cause disruption, dissension, and discredit the organizations. Slander and libel was another type of tactic where cops and FBI agents would plant false media stories and publish bogus leaflets and other publications in the name of targeted groups. Another tactic was illegal harassment, where the FBI and police officers would do false arrest and wrongful imprisonment to dissidents. They would also have 24/7 surveillance and intimidation tactics toward the dissidents. This physical tactic was called illegal force, where the FBI and police officers would conduct illegal break-ins of the dissidents’ homes. They would also commit assaults, vandalism, beatings, and assassinations upon the dissidents. These government agents were supposed to be protecting and serving the American citizens; but instead, they were terrorizing innocent citizens who spoke against the American government.

The COINTELPRO operation was taken down by a political organization called the Select Committee, or the Church Committee. This organization did one simple move to help bring COINTELPRO to an end, which was exposure to the public. COINTELPRO was an act of many crimes done by law enforcement, political leaders, and other government agencies. This was not an act supporting the American citizens, but an act of the American government wanting complete control. This was a form of dictatorship in a country that was supposed to be declared free. Researchers say that there were six main intended effects of COINTELPRO:

• To create negative public image for targeted groups

• Break down internal organizations

• Create dissension between groups

• Restrict access to public resources

• Restrict the ability to organize protects

• Restrict the ability for groups to participate in group activities

The FBI knew that the techniques were more likely to cause serious physical, emotional, or economic damage to the targets. It was said that COINTELPRO was done away with in 1971, but was this crime of humanity really done away with? This sick and sadistic government black-operation program is still in effect to this very day, which is silent to the public but very well much in progress. The phrase there is nothing new under the sun is very true in American society. In our modern day, COINTELPRO has been renamed organized stalking, led by the American government. COINTELPRO is considered a crime due to laws that were put in place by righteous political leaders at that time. The American government tried to use their wits in order to keep COINTELPRO to control people’s beliefs and speeches, so they just changed the name to organized stalking. Nothing has changed—these are the same tactics, intended effects, and methods committed toward the targets. The only difference is the names, and the reason for that is so that the government can say that it is not a crime to organize-stalk.

What Is Organized Stalking?

Organized stalking has many definitions that all speak the same meaning with the same cause and effect. There is no definite definition that would be in the dictionary or the encyclopedia. Each target has their own definition of organized stalking, because each target is experiencing different crime tactics. Like most targets, I am a target of organized stalking, so I have my own definition. Organized stalking is a system of organized hidden crimes being committed on one person, but done by multiple people at any time and any place. Who are the masterminds behind this crime? Well, once again, the American government have perfected this type of evilness. Organized stalking is extremely covert with psychological terror tactics that are done to the targets, who have become an enemy of a prestigious individual or government. The majority of the targets do not know why or who is doing the organized stalking; they become completely oblivious.

Organized stalking has similar attributes and tactics as COINTELPRO, but it is targeted toward individuals instead of groups. The tactics are very subtle to the point it can be effective toward the target, causing physical and mental harm. This type of stalking is done by multiple individuals who use manipulation and intimidation to bully the target. Organized stalking is a huge operation that has been around for years, and not just in the United States. This illegal operation was used in the Nazi Holocaust during World War II, when the Nazis used psychological mind control against the prisoners.

After World War II, over two thousand of the Nazi criminal scientists and physicists were enlisted to work for the United States government laboratories to create more sadistic advanced technology and psychological warfare tactics. The American government and military gave these Nazi criminals houses, cars, money, and immunity from prison time. The American government and military is the same country that went to Europe to fight for the freedom of the prisoners, and they are the same country that ushered in the silent holocaust in America. The same country who despised the Nazis is the same country doing the same tactics created by the Nazi movement to mind-control and kill innocent American citizens.

Organized stalking has many names, such as gang stalking, caused stalking, terrorist stalking, vigilante stalking, community-based harassment, covert harassment, psychological warfare, and the like. The purpose of this crime is to destroy, humiliate, kill, control, and terrorize the targets for the rest of their lives. The point of this black psychological operation is to drive the targets insane to where they harm others or commit suicide. No matter what the case may be, there is no reason why human beings are being hunted like animals here in America. In fact, organized stalking does not make any sense at all, because most of the targets have no criminal records, and they are very well educated. Organized stalking is a covert crime, where all the illegal activities are a form of hatred. The American government has methodically planned out ways to terrorize specific innocent citizens through organized stalking.

What Are TI and Perpetrator in Organized Stalking

A targeted individual, target, or the acronym TI is what the victims are called in organized stalking. Targeted individuals are talked about the most in articles, books, blogs, and websites that discuss the subject of organized stalking. Targeted individuals are innocent citizens chosen by the government to be stalked, electronically harassed, and experimented on. The American government feels that it is their job to make the target look bad in the public eye, or falsely criminalize the target to be an enemy of the state. Targeted Individuals are labeled as outcasts of American society by the government. Most victims do not know the name of organized stalking, but they do realize the strange incidences that are frequently happening to them on a 24/7 basis

In actuality, targeted individuals are law-abiding citizens who live their normal lives every day. These targeted individuals could have been whistle-blowers, investigative reporters, true Christians, left-leaning political activists-intellectuals, conspiracy theorists, or single adults. Targeted Individuals could also be targeted due to the family generational curse of organized stalking. This is where a target’s parents, grandparents, or great-grandparents could have been victims of organized stalking without their knowledge. Some targeted individuals were born targets, such as my sister and me. We are still trying to figure out why we have been targets ever since birth. I will explain our lives as targeted individuals in some later chapters.

While most targeted individuals say that they are not affiliated with any type of organization or vigilante groups, they are still confused as to why they were chosen. These targeted individuals fall under the category of single adults being targeted. Basically, the single adult targets are sane, law-abiding, and outstanding citizens. Most of these targeted individuals have high IQs, strong will, are not easily manipulated by government or society, educated, unique, pure at heart and mind, caring, and loving. There is an alarming rate of the American citizen’s mental state becoming more mentally ill than any other country. Statistics show that one out of two American adults have a mental illness of all classes of citizens, which consist of the poor, the middle-class, and the rich. So this is not a shock that organized stalking is in this country. America is the number one country with the highest crime rate in the world, so this means that targeted individuals are being stalked by a nation full of mentally ill people.

These evil tactics are performed by individuals who seek pleasure in organized-stalking crimes against innocent targets, who are called perpetrators. The organized-stalking definition of a perpetrator is anyone who has been trained to harass, stalk, torture, isolate, destroy, maim, and kill a target. The perpetrators usually do not know the target personally, but they are given enough information on the target to perform the evil task. The perpetrators’ purpose is to let the target know that they are watching them at all times, but the target will never know who placed the harm upon them. Most of the time, there are many perpetrators doing the same task on one target. These perpetrators do not even realize that they are working for the same agency, so sometimes their tactics are not completed. The perpetrators do not realize that the government is using them as guinea pigs or mind-controlled slaves.

The perpetrators can be anyone whom the government hires to commit the crimes that are being committed upon the target. There are levels of perpetrator terms, such as the public, assistants, instigators, and stalkers. Sometimes the government will use all four sources to attack and destroy a target that they feel is a powerful threat. Most of the targets are confused as to the reason why the government would find them a threat. No one knows why the government does their sick and sadistic crimes toward innocent people, but all the unknown wickedness will be revealed in due time. These perpetrators can be regular citizens disguised as government agents, police officers, FBI, CIA, and NSA.

This is to cover up the real identity of government agents, law enforcement officers, or civil servicemen who are involved in these heinous crimes. These regular citizens who are also perpetrators are being told by the government, This is just entertainment. The government agents are also telling the regular citizens involved in the organized stalking that they will have immunity from getting in trouble. Can you imagine a government telling a regular citizen to commit crimes toward another innocent citizen? After that specific crime tactic is committed, the regular citizen or perpetrator is rewarded for committing a crime that the government operates. Now, that is INSANE!

How a Target Is Chosen

In the crime of organized stalking, the targeted individual can be chosen from all types of perpetrators, whom the target least expects. The perpetrator can be a powerful ex-spouse, groups of prominent people, a personal enemy, or the American government that has placed the crime of organized stalking on the target. Nine times out of ten, it is the American government that is stalking most targeted individuals. The American government has way more advanced resources that no one else has to perform the organized-stalking tactics. Not to mention, the American government also has plentiful manpower through the naïve American citizens who are assigned to the tactics against the targeted individual.

Media technology is another advanced resource that the American government uses against the targeted individual. Most targeted individuals would not find out that they are victims of organized stalking until many years later. The targeted individuals would be aware of all the horrific harassment and stalking that they are experiencing, but they do not know that it is methodically planned out. There are some targeted individuals who have been chosen since birth, like in a generational curse. Some targeted individuals have been experimented on by the American government or alien entities, which has caused them to be stalked.

Basically, anyone who fights against the American government’s wickedness is considered to be a targeted individual. There are great American politicians who fight for what is right, and they become targeted individuals. A Democratic politician named Connie Marshall was a candidate for the mayoral position in Louisville, Kentucky. She had experienced abnormal amounts of hatred from the Kentucky citizens, and even from her competitors who ran against her during the mayor elections. Ms. Connie Marshall had experienced strange demonic persecution from the law enforcement, Kentucky State political leaders, and the regular citizens. Today, Ms. Connie Marshall is still going through the horror of being stalked and electronically tortured by the American government.

Other ways that a targeted individual can be chosen is by race and religion, and most true Christians become targets. True Christians have to realize that they are the biggest threat to the American government. Other ways that a target can also be chosen is through the covert knowledge that they come across about the American government. Many people have lost their lives by knowing top secret government information; they were also prior targets of government organized stalking. Many targeted individuals are highly intelligent, which makes them a threat to the American government. My situation as a targeted individual is a bit different compared to most targets. I have been a targeted individual since birth, but none of my extended family members were targeted individuals. I was also experimented on by the American government, and I have the scars to prove it. I will explain my life as a targeted individual in later chapters.

Gloria Naylor, a famous author and movie producer, created The Women of Brewster Place. She has been a targeted individual since 1996. She has written a book called 1996, explaining her life as a targeted individual of organized stalking. She explains in her book that she was always in confrontation with her next-door neighbors, who worked for the American government. Later, she began to realize strange events happening in her life that were just unexplained, methodically and systematically planned out. Like most celebrities, she had many nonprofit organizations that fought for a good cause for human rights. Most of the targeted individuals are being called enemies of the state when they take a stand against the American government.

The American government loves to choose targeted individuals who are single with no families. This is to isolate the target from everyone in their environment, so that it would be easy to psychologically control the target. Many of the targeted individuals live many miles away from other targeted individuals. This is to cut off all communications between targeted individuals, who might want to start an uprising against the American government. The American government assigns many perpetrators to one targeted individual so they cannot seek for any help. Once a targeted individual is chosen, then they are targeted for the rest of their lives.

What Are the Tactics Being Used on the Targets?

There is always 24/7 surveillance being done to the targets, rather used with satellites, cameras, drones, or regular citizens following the target at all times. These tactics that are being used toward the victims are violently harmful. The perpetrators use tactics of smear campaigns, planting false reports in the media, psychological warfare, scare tactics, and using computer technology to create false reports on the target. There are many more tactics, such as intense rudeness publicly, workplace mobbing, and road rage. The perpetrators try to use a term called street theater to make the target seem crazy to other citizens publicly.

Here are some examples of street theater tactics used in public: perpetrators picking fights with the target, mimicking the target’s every move, and following the target by foot or car. There are many more street theater tactics, including the perpetrators repeating excerpts that only the target knows, whispers of indirect vicious name-calling toward the target, spying on the target, wasting the target’s time with vain conversation, and making the target feel claustrophobic or paranoid around big crowds surrounding them.

The perpetrator’s purpose is to not leave traceable evidence when committing the crimes against the targeted individuals. Here is another term called sensitize in order to gain control over the target. The term sensitize in organized stalking means to make sensitive, nervous, or jumpy. Sensitize is a type of fear to make the target feel unease at all times; no matter where the target goes, there will never be normalcy in their lives. The perpetrators do tactics like sitting in front of the target’s house in an unmarked detective car, just letting the target know they are watching. Crowding is another tactic used with the term sensitize.

This is where the perpetrators surround the target in confined areas of places, such as the grocery stores, libraries, movies, restaurants, parks, and many other places where the target is frequently present. Another example of sensitize that the perpetrators use is loud noises when the target is trying to sleep. If the target lives in an apartment complex, then the perpetrators will try to live above, below, or next door to the target. The perpetrators would try to keep up an extreme amount of noise that is unusual and definitely not normal, on a constant basis. For instance, the perpetrators would drop heavy equipment above the target’s head while they are sleeping or relaxing. This would startle the target and make them feel uneasy or fidgety, causing no sleep or relaxation in their apartment.

Sleep deprivation is a term that is commonly used in organized stalking. The definition of sleep deprivation is an overall lack of the necessary amount of sleep. Basically, sleep is a human need of life. Here are some examples of sleep deprivation tactics, which are loud trains passing by, people revving vehicle engines, and loud music that causes the target to wake up from their sleep. The perpetrators also provoke animals to anger, such as dogs barking or cats meowing constantly throughout the night, while the target is sleeping.

Anything to keep a disturbance so that the target cannot rest or have peace in their home. The targets become frustrated, angry, aggressive, moody, or violent toward anyone whom they feel is a part of the crimes against them. This is what the American government and perpetrators want the target to do—to become out of control or go insane. Please believe that law enforcement is involved too, so that they can provoke the target into a physical assault charge to throw the target in jail. These are just a few tactics that the American government methodically plans out against the targets.

The outcomes of these evil tactics are devastating, and they have killed many innocent people. There are innocent targets in prison or dead, who committed deadly crimes from being human-experimented on by the American government. An example, James Holmes was a graduate at the University of California at Riverside with a bachelor of science degree in neuroscience. This young man was the one who committed a mass shooting in July of 2012 in the Aurora, Colorado, movie theater. After the mass shooting, his female friend told the police and detectives that James Holmes had admitted that he needed sleep.

She told the authorities that he frantically paced around the room like a maniac. She also told the authorities that Mr. Holmes lashed out at her many times and that he acted strange for the past months. America needs to know the details of the strange severity of this crime that was committed in Aurora, Colorado. Let us look at the mental stability of James Holmes (who had the IQ level of Einstein), and he was perfectly normal the years before the crime he committed. Months before the crime, James Holmes had signed up at an institute that his father worked at. This institute studies the human mind, and also, brainwashing experiments were performed. This does not add up with a man who was perfectly normal all his life, then sporadically becomes mentally crazy with no diagnosis of mental illnesses. Mr. Holmes was an outstanding citizen who did a lot for his community, especially for the children of his organization he created.

The only logical reasoning for this crime that he committed is the American government’s human experimentation. There are two types of experiments that the American government uses on innocent citizens: organized stalking and electronic harassment. There are innocent targets who have committed crimes out of frustration from government human experimentation. The targets admit that they are not getting sleep due to the high-technology lethal weapons being pointed at them 24/7. Could this have happened to James Holmes, a man who was highly respected and intelligent? Those are examples of how both experiments are used together at one time to slowly cause the target to go insane. Everyone knows that when a person does not get sleep, they tend to do crazy things, and not to mention their nerves are very sensitive. Remember, the purpose of these evil tactics is to make the targets go crazy to the point they commit crimes.

Noise campaign is another term that the perpetrators use toward the target of organized stalking. The definition of noise campaign is any kind of disturbance that will cause the target to become unfocused or irritable, from any type of noise that the perpetrators are creating. The noise can be from car alarms going off, railroad train horns, honking of vehicle horns, dogs being made to bark, police car sirens, EMT sirens, fire truck sirens, neighbor’s loud music, and many other loud noises. The perpetrators are trying to keep the target where there is constant loud commotion around them at all times. Other scenarios would be that the target is being followed by the perpetrators, who are creating loud laughing or loud talking in the same vicinity as the target. The American government even assigns thug gang children, who are perpetrators, to try to disrupt the target’s peace with fights or loud music around the target’s home or vehicle. It does not matter where the target is located; the perpetrators will cause all kinds of noises. Noise campaign goes together with sensitize, because the tactics are the same, causing a devastating outcome upon the target.

This tactic is not just unethical but a crime too. This tactic is called slander campaign, where the perpetrators would spread vicious lies about the target to anyone who associates daily with the target. These lies could range anywhere from the target being homosexual, a whore, a terrorist, a child molester, or a criminal of some false crime. The American government has no limits to the slanderous lies that they have created on the targeted individual. The slanders are being told to anyone the target associates themselves with, and the most likely are family, friends, workplace, neighbors, spouse, girlfriend, or boyfriend. The perpetrators will create false files on the target, making it look real and believable to those whom the target associates with daily.

Another term is called gaslighting, where it is considered a form of psychological abuse in which false information is presented with the intent of making a target doubt his or her memory and perception. For instance, the target will make complaints to the authorities about covert crimes being committed against them. The authorities will go and make light of the complaints by laughing at the target or discrediting what the target is saying about the crimes being committed. The authorities would also mock the target by acting like they are interested; but in all actuality, they do not care because they are a part of the crimes being committed.

Intimidation is another tactic used toward the target, when the perpetrators want the target to conform. The definition of intimidation is to fill with fear or trying to bully someone. In organized stalking, intimidation is used a lot to instill fear in the target, making them feel like there is no hope. This type of tactic is to paralyze the target into keeping their mouths closed and not speak out about the crimes being committed against them. The police officers may swarm the target out in public or around their home to let the target know that they are watching.

The perpetrators even try to get funeral hearse vehicles to pass by the target, representing death to the target but being indirect. These are covert messages that only the target would know and not the people around the target. Sometimes the American government agents would contact the target’s employer to get the target fired or make verbal threats of termination. Intimidation is used in many forms in America’s society, which is why organized stalking uses this tactic in many different forms. The American government agents create these tactics so that they can have complete control and dominance over the target’s life.

The American government agents will create bogus investigations on the target, making it seem like they have the right to surveil and harass the target. These government agents go as far as talking to the target’s family and friends to get them involved. The government agents create false criminal files on the target so that it will be more convincing to lie on the target. Sometimes the government agents even tell the target’s family that this is standard procedure and they have to investigate secretly on the target. Pass-by harassment is another tactic that the perpetrators use in organized stalking. This is where the perpetrators will pass by the target on foot or vehicle, trying to create paranoia in the target.

Sensitizing the target to where they think someone is following them on a constant basis, which this leads to another tactic called air harassment. This is where helicopters, airplanes, military airplanes, military drones, and satellites in the sky harass the target anywhere they may go. The perpetrators use air harassment for the electronic weapons that are being pointed at the targets at a vantage point. Electronic weapons are another tactic that is used by the perpetrators to harass the target. Electronic harassment are electronic weapons created by the American government that lets off electromagnetic radiation or energy that causes diseases, illnesses, or mental illnesses, depending upon the victim’s body.

Here are some more ways tactics are used in organized stalking toward the target. Some common tactics of organized stalking that the perpetrators use are following the target’s every move, observing the target’s habits and personality, excessive tailgating by car, following the target on public transportation, obsessing over the target’s purchases, using the internet to defame the target, stalking the target’s residence, and starting fights in public with the target. These tactics are also crimes, and the government agents spend their time creating these crimes against innocent people. Organized stalking is one big crime that has many sub-crimes that are being committed against a targeted individual.

There are many more tactics that are used toward each individual target that the American government methodically plans out. For instance, one target may not experience the same tactic that another target is experiencing. Organized stalking is an operation that is designed to illegally surveil the target to observe their psyche. Basically, this psychological operation is a form of mind control that is created by psychiatrists, physicists, and scientists. Remember, the American government watches all American citizens through satellites, so it would not be absurd for them to watch the target’s life through control room monitors.

What Are the Crimes Being Used on the Targets?

There are many crimes that take place in the operations of organized stalking. These crimes are being done every day of the target’s life, so each count of crime committed will be multiplied on how long the target has been a victim of organized stalking. For example, if a perpetrator is committing one crime toward a target for five years, then take 365 days in a year and multiply that by 5. After these figures are calculated, then multiply that number with how many times that the same crime was committed. The number outcome will be astonishing, because that is how long the target has been organized-stalked at the hands of the American government. Yet there have not been any government officials in prison for this sick demonic crime. Any type of stalking is illegal in all fifty states of America, but when the activities of stalking are being done by the government, then it becomes a federal crime. A lot of the targets say that they move to other states and the same chaos of organized stalking follows them. These crimes are very serious, and they are done 24/7 by the perpetrators on the orders of the American government.

Here are some more crime tactics that the American government agents commit toward the targets. Voyeurism is a crime that the perpetrators try to use toward the target to humiliate and shame the target. The definition of a voyeur is a person who derives sexual gratification from observing the naked bodies or sexual acts of others, especially from a secret vantage point. The target may experience being watched while they are taking a shower, changing clothes, or using the restroom inside their home. The advanced technology used for voyeurism are the high-tech satellites that orbit in space, created by the American government. The high-tech satellites have capabilities that can perform see-through-the-wall surveillance of any type of material. These satellites and devices are used on a 24/7 basis by the NSA, NASA, and military control rooms. The purpose is to keep track of where the target is at all times, and even the target’s uncomfortable activities are being illegally surveilled.

Which brings me to my point about another crime that is being committed toward the target, which is illegal surveillance. With this type of sick, sadistic tactic, the NSA and military agents can edit the footage of the target from a supercomputer, and this can be transferred to the internet for all citizens to see. These editing videos of the target may be sexual or nude videos placed on the internet, closed-circuit television channel, social networks, or any type of advance technology that can be transferred from a supercomputer. The NSA and military control rooms can actually set up an account in the target’s name to make it seem like the target was the one who posted the videos of themselves. In organized stalking, the perpetrators use illegal surveillance on the target anywhere they go. The NSA and military control rooms can actually hack into the surveillance cameras inside the grocery stores, libraries, malls, gas stations, or anywhere the target is frequently present.

These crimes may seem petty, but add up the offense every time the perpetrators commit these crimes and these are years of time in prison for themselves. Stalking and harassing is another crime that is being done by police officers as well as the public citizens that are involved in these crimes. The target starts to experience being followed everywhere they go, and the perpetrators verbally harass the target in public places. The government allows the citizens who are involved to make it seem like everyone is a part of this sick, sadistic entertainment. Breaking and entering is a crime that is most used in organized stalking of the target. Government agents, police officers, FBI, CIA, NSA, firemen, and EMT are the main perpetrators who secretly enter the target’s home when they are not present. The target may experience items missing or moved to another location in their home.

This is another way that the perpetrators want the target to know that they have been in the target’s home. Sometimes, the target will experience their food being tainted with poison or a drug that will sedate them in a deep sleep. The target would then experience the perpetrators coming into their home and raping them while they were drugged into a deep sleep. Petty arrest is another crime that police officers try to use toward the target individual. This is where police officers try to arrest the targeted individual over a traffic ticket, disputes in public that the target did not start, cops being called over false disturbances by neighbors, and many other petty incidences.

Technology is becoming more advance in America’s society, where there are so many capabilities that this advanced technology can do. The advanced technology of today can cure diseases, replace ligaments through robotics, and create new automobiles, high-tech cell phones, high-tech computers, and many other good uses of how advanced technology makes a difference in America’s society. But when advanced technology is created for malevolent purposes by the wrong hands, then it can destroy innocent lives and nations. In organized stalking, the evil advanced technology that the American government has created is called electromagnetic weapons or directed energy weapons. The tactic crimes that are used with these secret evil weapons are called electronic harassment and human experimentation. These two crimes are used heavily in organized stalking, with the government having easy access to this advanced-technology weapons.

I will elaborate on the human experimentation and electromagnetic weapons in later chapters. The targeted individual will experience radiation sickness, ailment pain, diseases, hearing imaginary voices, seeing imaginary spirits, and many more incidences when being a victim of electronic harassment. These evil advanced weapons are not conventional but are metaphysical supernatural weapons that are not exposed to the public. Another crime is internet-cyber harassment—which is repeated, unsolicited, threatening behavior by a person or group using mobile or internet technology with the intent to bother, terrify, intimidate, humiliate, threaten, harass, or stalk the target. The harassment can take place against the target through the usage of social networking sites, message boards, chatrooms, or through email.

There are other crimes committed toward the target, such as surreptitious mail opening, vandalizing, impersonations, illegal phone tapping, false accusations, entrapment, defamation of character, invasion of privacy, slander, attempted murder, murder, and many other crimes. These crimes should not be taken lightly at all, especially if committed by law enforcement and government officials. Another technology that the perpetrators use is illegal GPS. This is to track the target anywhere they may go in their vehicle or by foot. This device helps the perpetrators be at a place before the target gets there so the perpetrators can set up the tactics.

There is a neurological directed energy weapon device called remote neural monitoring, where it scans the brain of the target from satellites. This weapon can be used to implant thoughts in the mind, read thoughts of the mind, or as a listening tracking device, or to GPS the target through their mind. This device let off electromagnetic frequency waves to the target’s neuron transmitters in their brain, which allows them to detect where the target is located. The NSA and military control rooms will use the target’s stored thoughts against them for future purposes of controlling the target. The target may experience paranoia when the remote neural monitoring device is being used on them. This device will be explained in detail in a later chapter.

What Are the Ranks of Organized Stalking?

Every business has an organizational structure of the company, and believe it or not, organized stalking is an illegal government business. Its organizational structure is simple but stupid, because there is no substance behind this type of illegal government business. There are ranks in organized stalking, with each rank having a special job or task that is assigned to each target. The highest rank is called the instigator or handler, where they oversee all of the operations, plan out the tactics, send out the tactics, and hire candidates for the task against each targeted individual. The instigator may sometimes be the stalker performing the job that was assigned. Instigators (or handlers) are very prominent rich people who are businessmen, high-ranking military agents, government agents, bankers, entertainers, music producers, or anyone who is elite.
