What a great read! Practical advice—whether you’ve been in business for weeks, months, or decades (like myself!). There are so many
nuggets that resonated, which I know will help me create momentum. Setting quarterly goals, so you can re-engineer if need be, knowing your network is as big as it needs to be (go deep!), and using your minor goals as a fulcrum for your major goals are takeaways that screamed my name. Robbie, you’ve created a book that will benefit so many and one that I’ll keep handy for reminders as time goes by.

Preface
I want more, and I want it now.
That in various forms is what I hear over and over from coaching clients and prospects. When I hear it, I know I’m working with my ideal clients.
It wasn’t always so easy. For quite a while, I was clueless about who my ideal clients were and how to attract them.
I hired a business coach because I was having trouble filling the second cohort of a group coaching program after a successful pilot a few months earlier. She helped me realize that I was thinking all wrong about who my ideal clients were, and I’d been oblivious to how potential clients were consistently reaching out to me.
That led to a slew of research calls and a complete rebranding of the program, which successfully ran for several years.
Are you struggling to connect with your ideal clients? Don’t know where to find them? Not sure how to go from the idea for a new offer (i.e., online course, coaching program, mastermind) to a thriving revenue stream?
This book is for you.
My hope is that you’ll see yourself in these stories, take action with the challenges, and discover all the possibilities that will enable you to launch new offers and grow your business.
Introduction
Your inside voice is shouting that it wants more, but you’re not quite sure what exactly that looks like, so you don’t shout it aloud. You feel more comfortable sharing a much smaller goal. Perhaps you’re thinking about writing a book, launching a podcast, or creating a group coaching program. It’s easier to share that than saying you want to earn $250,000 a year, build out a
