About this ebook

I am writing this book as a practical guide for my Nubian family who have for years wanted a book based on Khemetic healing. With my many years of doing spiritual development in many areas. I have decided to put out a book that is simple to use and practical.

A holistic approach to healing is an honored goal, which we should aim to achieve. The whole body needs to be treated rather than just the symptoms, plus it will deal with the root healing as the healing energy passes through the body and balances it. This is why it is recommended that we also eat healthily and practice soft exercises like Khemetic Yoga and Hudu (Tai Chi) plus fasting.

Yoga and meditation are the mantras of today’s fast-paced world.  Due to the tension that every one of us is taking on at our workplace and on the domestic front, yoga and meditation are some of the sources of peace and tranquillity and better living today.  So, how do we ensure that we fine-tune our frequencies and make the most of the benefits that we can receive through yoga and meditation?  How can we do this without spending extra time from our already tight schedules?  These are questions that need to be answered and the answer lies below.

The Arushaats (Chakras) concept is an age-old concept that talks about the arushaats or the power centres in our body.  These power centres are placed in nine different places along our spinal cord up to the crown of our head. These arushaats (chakras) if motivated and opened… produces energy—that proves to be vital for our well-being.  If these are stimulated properly, we can have a positive outlook on life devoid of illness or negativities that could arise in life.

Each of these arushaats (chakras) is stimulated by different frequencies, colours, oils and crystals, and hence what works for one of them will not work for the others.  So, we will need to stimulate each of these arushaats (chakras) at different frequencies if we are to see the desired results.  So, we need to look at best ways to stimulate all these nine energy centres and ensure that we get good positive energy and healing so the energy can flow.

So, the best way to stimulate and activate the arushaats is by regular meditation and healing work. In order for you to experience well-being. These nine colours will balance and heal the imbalances you might have in your body due to colours having healing frequencies. The result is an absolute flow of positive energy making you feel ecstatic and energetic and leaving you with a lot more energy than usual.  These have absolutely no side effects and once you start using them, you are sure to love them. You can do what the ancients were doing thousands of years ago.

During meditation, for example, we focus on the root centre, bringing a bright light up through each arush (chakra) to the crown / Ikh centre and back while slowly taking in deep breaths through the nose, and then, letting air out through our mouth—only visualizing and focusing on the bright colours and the arushaats (chakras). You should always begin your meditation session by closing your eyes and then taking a few deep breaths so that you can start to relax your mind, body, and inner spirit.

If there is a blockage or overactive centre you will feel it. This is why you need to understand colour meditation before you start. This is a wonderful way to cleanse and heal your body of blockages. If one of your arushaats (chakras) is blocked, then you will feel a strange sensation or different feelings of inner energy stimulation; so just stop for a moment to relax and then continue by focusing on just that arush (chakra) in order to find out what the problem is.

Arush (Chakra) blockage often is why people feel out of balance or out of sync due to one or more of their energy centres being usually blocked. Blockage brings about internal imbalance within your body, which can cause minor illness to long term sickness and/or disease. Remember, when meditating, you need to be in quiet, peaceful surroundings—sitting with your feet on the ground and the palms of your hands facing up. Having your own sacred space or room is always very conducive to effective meditation.

    Hermetic Philosophy

Is all about using and applying the axioms of the universal law in our lives. The Hermetic comes from Kemet and was given to us by Tehuti and taught to the Greeks.

The Greeks called him Hermes but the Ancient Kemites called him Tehuti. Tehuti was the great spiritual teacher of ancient Kemet who was the inventor of writing, knowledge and wisdom plus many other things. Hermetic philosophy speaks of methods of achieving immortality through the practice of techniques that allows the mind to disassociate with the material world this goes back to thousands of years and is in many mystery schools in the world.

This idea of disassociation and transcendence was referenced in all of the earliest hieroglyphic writings from Kemet. This process depended upon the practice of contemplation and meditation rather than the performance of hundreds of Yoga postures that characterizes modern Yoga. Tehuti delineated 9 primary principles that became the foundation of what was later to be called Hermetic philosophy and gave rise to modern Free Masonry, Theosophy and many other modern new age philosophical movements in Europe.

The Nine Principles of Hermetic Philosophy:

The Principle of Mentalism: The All is Mind and the
