()
About this ebook
Hadiah knows for sure that with our daily practices of listening, recognizing, and using the unlimited gifts and power from the Holy Spirit morning, noon, and night that are available to us in various tools like prayers, songs, chants, yoga , stories, nature, and meditation, we can connect and reconnect wherever and whenever our energy fields become blocked, drained and out of balance.
We must use whatever gifts we have that will guide us back on our spiritual paths - a path that the Holy Spirit is speaking to us in order to draw us closer to fulfilling the purpose of being and doing His/Her will with us and for us. Are you listening, recognizing, and being ready to discover or rediscover all the hidden treasures that lie within?
If yes is your answer, let the journey within begin , for you are only a breath and page away from a healthy , happy , and holy life. Let it be so; and so, so it is!

I dedicate this book in memory of my loving father, who was always there for me morning, noon, and night with his very wise spirit and his words of encouragement. Thanks, Dad, for always showing up with a helping hand and a giving heart.
In memory also of my phenomenal momma, who taught me how to be a mother and a grandmother with her gentle spirit and her loving heart. Thanks, Mom, for sharing your copy of The New National Baptist Hymnal with me after listening to me read the early creations of this book to you.
To the Holy Spirit for always being only a breath away from me as You constantly lift me up where I belong. Holy Spirit, You never cease to amaze me; and for this and more, I am truly happy, grateful, and I am forever yours.
Acknowledgments
Thanks to all my teachers and students/clients—past, present, and future—who have/or will allow me to grow by sharing my gifts in ways that will open them up to recognizing their own divine gifts while creating a wider lens for us all.
Thanks to my beautiful siblings (James Jr., Edward*, Kenneth*, Donald*, Irving, Russell*, Michael, André Hawkins, Helen Stalberg*, Barbara Sullivan, Doris Hawkins-Whitehead, Constance Hawkins, Juanita Hawkins, Denise Mitchell, and Reneé Glascon) who have shown me not only my light side but also the shadow side of myself. I’m feeling y’all with much love and appreciation.
Thanks to all my friends who have taught me lessons along the way, especially Kay Phillips and Jacqueline Turner. Special thanks also to a friend whom I have known since grade school, Debra R. Plummer. We keep each other laughing and sharing almost daily.
I am grateful for the times with my circle of sacred sisters, especially Linda Lee, Asma Rahman, Shrima Su Meri, Kiona Cloud, Nia Onyenolachi, Tammy L. McLeod, and Ayanna Cook Amen.
I give lifelong appreciation and amazement for my three gifts, my children, Týease Tabia, Jahi Atiba, and Jawanza Kalonji SetepenRa for choosing me to be their opening into this world. I love ya’ll deeply. And Tý, thanks so much for all your technical support in guiding these pages back in order again and again. Jawan, thanks for taking and organizing my pictures in one central place. It made my life even sweeter. And Atiba, thanks for recognizing and asking for sessions that always bring balance back into your life.
I thank God also for my three grand gifts, my grandchildren, Bakari, Ashaki, and Kamania, whose presence always light up my world and keep me using my gifts from God.
I also would like to thank everyone at Xlibris Publishing Company.
Much gratitude to Dr. Muata Ashby and Dr. Karen Djar
Ashby. To my guardian angel and my abundance of other angels. To my spirit guides, helpers, runners, and the ancestors who want only to see me experience joy, happiness, and truth—and for this, I give thanks.
Last but hardly the least, my soul mate, my husband, Jahi Molefi, who has always given me much love and the platform to create and follow my dreams, my passions, and my purpose. I love you with my mind, body, and soul; and for this, I’ll be loving you always.
And I ain’t kidding either.
*Living in the spiritual realm
Welcome!
Greetings, everyone. It’s so nice to connect and reconnect with all of you! I am delighted that we all are here.
Come and take a gentle journey that will allow us to unlock the hidden treasures that lie deep within our beings.
Discover or rediscover our gifts, our passions, and our purpose for this lifetime.
Feel the fire burning within our bellies. The fire that is ready to move us closer to our greatness.
Let’s move into the deep waters of our souls as we actively participate in the life the universe has in store for us.
Dig and search in the rich soil of Mother Earth as She holds, grounds, and protects us as we take this spiritual journey into ourselves.
Many hearts are beating as one.
Hadiah
God’s various gifts are handed out everywhere; but they all originate in God’s Spirit. God’s various ministries are carried out everywhere; but they all originate in God’s Spirit. God’s various expressions of power are in action everywhere; but God himself is behind it all. Each person is given something to do that shows who God is: Everyone gets in on it, everyone benefits. All kinds of things are handed out by the Spirit, and to all kinds of people! The variety is wonderful: wise counsel, clear understanding, simple trust, healing the sick, miraculous acts, proclamation, distinguishing between spirits, tongues, interpretation of tongues (1 Cor. 12:4–10, The Message-NKJV Parallel Bible).

Lord, bless this food we are about to receive …
Graces, music, songs, prayers—along with the love for the Creator, self, family, and friends—are my earliest memories of the best gifts my parents, the late Rev. James B. Hawkins Sr. and the late Deaconess Gladys L. Hawkins, could
