If you need to fill a prescription at a local pharmacy, bring your original prescription or a note from your doctor explaining your medical condition, the prescribed drug, and the suggested dose. If you're running low on supplies, you should visit your doctor or seek medical advice.


    The availability of medical treatment varies across the Philippines and may fall short of UK norms. Medical treatment, while acceptable in big towns, is restricted in more isolated places. Even some of the most renowned tourist spots provide rudimentary medical services. Many areas lack hospitals or convenient access to emergency medical care, which might cause delays when seeking immediate medical help in an emergency.
