    BESIDES the serious implications of health-care demands, loss of life and disruptions of economies created by this pandemic, it has also had other implications.

    It has forced us all to review what is normal, what is necessary and what is important to us.

    We were all too busy with our lifestyles, wants and aspirations that we paid little attention to well-being as individuals, families, communities and countries.

    Many, but not all, were working under the misplaced assurance that health care is a reactive need, which could be provided for by various treatments.
