Introduction
How do you speak effectively in an interview? A question I've been asked so many times recently, so I thought it would be helpful for you and everybody else who has asked me to write all of these tips and hints down to really make sure that you go into an interview and nail it with full confidence.
I'm going to go through a couple of different things :
● The research things that you need to do before you go for an interview.
● Reading the JD and job specification.
● The format of interviews.
● How best to respond.
● Who you're supposed to be answering when you've got three or five people in the panel.
● You really gotta know yourself in this interview process because the interviewers don't know who you are.
● You gotta know yourself so you can express who you also.
● Remember to shine in interviews as it is your time to blow your own trumpet.
The only way you're going to be able to speak effectively in this interview is to change your mindset, in your mind you need to think, hope, believe and trust that you can do it. You need to have positive facts in your mind and that comes out in your voice. If you are negative in your outlook or your thinking I can't do it
that's going to come out in your voice and the way you express yourself. Stop it right now.
Your body language needs to be on board and your facial expressions need to support everything that you're saying.
Your voice is key in this interview game so do
