About this ebook
A Question That Needs to Be Answered
Every Christian, or should I say everyone since God created us all, should have this book, Kingdom Eating / God's Way. What's really going on in the body of Christ, or with everyone, with all of this sickness? This can no longer be ignored. God is saying:
"I Have The Answer!"
God is saying, "I love you. I created you. You are my child. I need and want you healthy, not sick." So many think eating healthy is no big deal. It is a big deal! If we don't do things God's way, we can run into trouble with some form of sickness or even death. This book is also a very good tool to go back to, to gain information as you begin to take baby steps to learn how to eat the Kingdom of God's way.
Led by the Holy Spirit, after praying and seeking God about how so many Christians who loved Him and served Him were dying of cancer and other diseases, I finally got my answer for my prayer and put it together in this book.

Kingdom Eating God's Way - Denise K. Mitchell
Operating in the Kingdom of God
The Bible instructs us to seek God’s Kingdom, which means His way of doings things. Matthew 6:33 tells us, But seek [aim at and strive after] first of all His Kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right], then all these things shall be added unto you.
Likewise, God is our king. The Kingdom of God is a system designed to govern the way believers live. God’s Kingdom has laws and principles that work for anyone who applies them. When people don’t understand the spiritual laws that govern the Kingdom of God, they are powerless. Consequently, they never experience life’s abundance God wants them to have. We must not let this happen to us. Instead we seek Him first, and He’ll make sure that our needs are met.
Making the right choices can be challenging sometimes because many of us have learned to handle relationships, finances, health, and other issues according to the world’s standards. When you do things His way, nothing is impossible. It pays to operate in God’s system, but it takes great courage and confidence. We can then be positioned for true prosperity in every area of our lives. When we make a commitment to keep doing things God’s way, trusting God, we are determined to prove that living by His standards really works.
To achieve health and maintain it, we have to follow biblical principles regarding caring for our body, mind, and spirit. The way you add supernatural results to our health care is to follow the instructions of the supernatural training manual, the Bible. We can’t plead the promises of God and not practice the principles. He gave us the owner’s manual (Bible). It’s up to us to do what it says. We can’t violate those principles!
The American diet is making us sick, and we are getting sicker by day. The Bible teaches us how to live and eat. A diet was given to man since the very beginning (Genesis 1:28–30). Sickness and disease are all around us, and they’re increasing. We can’t ignore this! Every commercial is about sickness whether it be cancer, heart disease, or stroke. Then they follow up with prescription medicines that have scary side effects, and some are life-threatening. Some of us are dealing with some form of sickness. If not, we know a family member who is.
We have victory through the Word of God. We are born into the Kingdom of God. We are ambassadors in this Kingdom. The Bible teaches we are the salt of the earth. We are supposed to be different, act different, and look different.
Matthew 5:13–20 says we represent our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We are supposed to be that witness in this world. The world is supposed to see us different.
People get sick mostly because they have violated God’s natural laws. As with anything else, if we don’t obey the Word of God, even concerning our diet, we can get into trouble. God wants the best for His children. He wants us well, not sick. 3 John 2 says, Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
Yes, Jesus is the healer, and we thank Almighty God. We can stand on His Word concerning healing, trusting and believing God to heal our bodies, and He does. God will not keep us in darkness, and He will not keep us ignorant.
People think, because of lack of knowledge, they can dump anything into their God-made bodies.
My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge. (Hosea 4:6)
Then because of our diet, we go to God, asking for healing. We must develop a mindset that, once we start eating the Kingdom’s way, we are the healed protecting our health.
In the beginning, God gave us plant-based food such as fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, and grains. Later in the Bible, we see that God identified certain meats that are both healthy and flavorful. But human beings has messed everything up. We eat lots of meat filled with hormones and toxins, sugar that shuts down the immune system, and white flour that is nothing but paste. Again there is strong evidence that certain meats, sugars, white flour, and processed foods are robbing us of our health and long life. Our bodies were not designed to eat processed foods, especially foods that are saturated with preservatives and chemicals and hormones. Mostly all sickness and disease are caused by improper diet and lifestyle, not by bacteria, virus, or inheritance as we have been led to believe.
When God created man, He designed him to run mostly on raw foods. Man’s body is a living organism made of living cells. These cells have to be nourished so they can function well. When we put overcooked food in our body loaded with contaminants, the body starts to break down. Cooking destroys all enzymes and 83 percent of all vitamins that the body desperately needs.
The Bible says life is in the blood. When anything happens and goes wrong with our body, it is only because the material we have put into that bloodstream is not of the character and quality necessary to get the job done. That is eating the right food to nourish the body. So if you don’t put the right material in the bloodstream, the blood can’t nourish the cells; and when the cells aren’t nourished, they weaken and die. Then doors are open for sickness and disease.
We are digging our graves with our forks. Each one of us was created for a purpose in the Kingdom. God has a plan for our lives. We can’t fulfill the call or the plan God has for our lives if we are sick, dead, or in our graves! The most amazing thing that God has programmed is self-healing into the body when helpful practices are followed. Are we willing to obey the Word of God so we don’t have to be sick? It’s just that simple: if you put junk in your body, you cannot live a healthy and energetic life. The church is tired of being sick, and we need to make some changes. We are supposed to be witnesses to the world in our health, finances, and marriages, etc.
God is bringing us some information today that will cause us to fulfill our destiny in life. I am not talking about a diet but changing the foods you eat as a way of life. After eating all the wrong foods all our lives, most of us are reaping the results. Praise God that He has created our bodies to self-heal itself. If we change our diet and eat the way God tells us to eat, we’ll feel better, look better, sleep good, be healthier, and be stronger. It doesn’t make a difference how old you are or what you have done to your body. If you start eating God’s way and
