I am grateful to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; without Him, I would not be here to fulfill the purpose that He called me to in serving Him.

I am grateful to my wonderful husband, Harry. Honey, I thank you for standing by my side and for your patience through the storm. You have been my prayer warrior and solid rock of encouragement. To my sons, Shey and Alec, I love you guys and thank you for praying and loving me and pushing me to share my journey. I thank God that I am alive to see my blessed and beautiful grandchildren and godchildren and to introduce them to my foundation and rock, Jesus Christ. They are God’s gift and have been a lifeline to me.

Thank you Pastor Bernard, a spiritual leader and mentor to many, who fed me the Word of God, which prepared me for the journey that God had destined for such a challenge in my life. God bless you, Pastor Bernard, and thank you, Pastor Karen, for loaning Pastor Bernard to us and for keeping it real. You are truly a blessing!

I am grateful to my mother, Leoris Alexander, who has left me with the greatest legacy of all to help me on my journey to become the woman I am today—my relationship with Jesus Christ. Thank you momma, Rest in Peace, I miss you!!

This manuscript sat in my computer for nearly fifteen years, which there was so much more, but I had to acknowledge that when this book was in transition, I lived in Staten Island, New York. We now live in Georgia, and God has placed us with another powerful ministry which has caused the dream of finishing this book to be birthed into your hands.
