Don't Burn My Standard

About this ebook
Don't Burn My Standard is a very needed book for this day and age. I have sat and watched as people have taken the standard or flag of our country and burned it and destroyed the symbol in which it stands. I have watched as football players disrespect the meaning of the standard in which we fly. I have watched, as down through the years, the standard or the flag that the church is to fly high being lowered in defeat to the enemy. There is a lack of understanding, and we have lost the purpose in which we fly our standard. I pray every person who reads this book will be stirred in their heart and take up the standard and raise it high in victory to the King who reside in our life.

Chapter 1
To Rev. Julie Jasinski who pushed me to write this book. Her inspiration was infectious. She is a godly woman and an example to all the younger people coming into this beautiful lifestyle of the kingdom of God. Thank you for pushing me. To you my friend with admiration and love.
Introduction
We sing the song, There is a flag flown high in the castle of my heart for the king is in residence there. So fly it high in the sky let the whole world know that the king is in residence there.
One day as I was meditating on the Lord after prayer, I was inspired by the Lord to study flags. What was their purpose? What was their meaning? You know, the whys, who, and what of them. You ask yourself: Seriously? God really wanted you to study flags? My answer to you is yup!
As I studied, the Lord was working on me and opened my understanding in a way that if not for Him, I would never had this revelation. If I had this revelation before I published my first book, I would have added this to it. But God’s timing is everything. The more I studied, the more the Lord ministered to me. I love it when the Lord reveals a nugget in His Word, and then our lives have greater meaning as to why we do the things we do.
There is a flag we all should fly so the world may see. We, as the people of God in truth and Spirit, are being asked to raise our flag in these last days and raise it high in the sky declaring the victory and power of who we are, proudly declaring who we are. We are not to live in defeat! We do not compromise! We fight to the end and die out to self, holding the flag as high as possible with the Lord’s help.
We are fighting a warfare, and we are holding the flag! There is no defeat to the people of the kingdom of God. Jesus Christ rules and reigns, and we are holding the flag high to prove He resides over us and in us.
You will find information in these pages that I have looked up, and it is easy enough for you also to study to show yourself approved unto God. A workman that needs not to be ashamed in the last day of judgment. We should never be ashamed to be the sons and daughters of the king.
I hope to encourage you to raise up your flag with honor, pride, beauty, confidence: declaring the victory, never to be defeated; fighting to the end for the flag we hold dear to us; carrying on where our forefathers left of and continuing to fight the good fight of faith; showing the world that the King is in residence in our lives.
Don’t Burn My Standard is my heartfelt cry to the church to become the living sacrifice God intended it to be.
The Flag
Oh, say can you see, by the dawns early light,
What so proudly we hailed at the twilights last gleaming,
