The Minister of the Interior demands quick results. Meanwhile, we also have a parallel story that follows a character named Mesto and his cousin Karine who are planning an armed robbery. They have obtained information about a rich Arab sheikh who is coming to Paris for shopping and plan to steal his money.

CHAPTER 1

SUBURBAN PARIS, SUBURBAN CELLAR. INT. DAY.

The scene takes place in Sartrouville, in 78, around 8:30 in the morning, on a Saturday.

Two boys, HECTOR and KHRYMO. A small window allows a few weak rays of light to illuminate the room. The decoration is basic, a few chairs, a wooden table, a plaque of pot, cut pieces spread out on the table, a knife, a hair dryer, and a torn couch.

HECTOR: Move, bastard! We have other things to do!

KHRYMO: Yeah. Yeah, don't worry, pass me the hairdryer and the knife, big guy...

Hector passes him the hair dryer and starts cutting pieces.

KHRYMO: Ah I swear to you, my friend, I've been selling pieces for five years! Damn, it's starting to get on my nerves, big guy...

HECTOR: You're telling me, bro, it's hot! But the biz is restarting, Mesto told me he had a good plan for us, bro, don't worry we'll go see him later.

KHRYMO: Ok ok, you know I'm always on! Big guy!

HECTOR: It's good, you're done? We're leaving, we have people to see, hurry up, bastard!

He packs all the pot into a sports bag, takes it with him, and they both leave the cellar.

IN THE CITY. EXT. DAY.

Outside, everything looks calm. Children are cycling, young people are squatting in the halls, as usual.

HECTOR: We have to be careful, I saw the police at the window...

He lights up a big joint, then they get into a black tinted windows clio 2 sport.

POLICE APARTMENT. INT. DAY.

The scene takes place in an apartment located on the 6th floor of a tower that faces the car of Khrymo and Hector. TWO COPS on standby in the apartment watch the scene with binoculars. They are in radio contact with their colleagues in ambush outside.

COP 1: They're coming out... Watch out, get ready... It's the two punks from last time, we're not going to miss them this time!

COP 2 (MIKA): Uh, boss... it's the fifth time we've tried, they always slip through our fingers... they're strong, these guys!

He takes his binoculars and watches the arrest of the two traffickers, while typing on a laptop that does telephone interceptions.

COP 1: Don't be so pessimistic. Look, get the license plate number. Quick! Hurry up, they're leaving!

CAR. INT. DAY.

Beginning of a RAP MUSIC played in the background by the radio. Hector is driving, Khrymo is rolling a joint and starts smoking.

As they start to leave the city, a police car arrives and turns on the flashing light. Hector then begins to accelerate on an alley that is usually reserved for pedestrians, and comes out on a street parallel to the police car which remains blocked in the roadway.

HECTOR: Come on, smoke it, bastard, you'll have smoked it all when we arrive, as usual!

He makes a sudden turn, does a 180° and goes back on the run.

A suburban Parisian house, which does not look impressive from the outside.

The interior is however more luxurious. In the living room, a plasma screen is showing a French rap music video. THE SQUIRREL (a cute white guy, handsome) arrives and shakes hands with the other two.

On the living room couch, THREE BEAUTIFUL WOMEN in their twenties, rather well-built, wave to greet the new arrivals.

One of them gets up and kisses Hector.

JULIA (smiling): Hey, stud, how are you?

She slides a bundle of bills into his jacket pocket.

HECTOR: It's making my little chick zizir!

He slaps her butt.

THE SQUIRREL: Alright, we have to hurry, the kids have nothing left to eat...

Khrymo hands the backpack to The Squirrel, who then passes it to Julia, sitting on the couch. She leaves the house through another exit.

THE SQUIRREL: Mesto called, it's good for tonight, he's coming.

He throws a cell phone that Khrymo easily catches.

KHRYMO: Okay, that's fine. Bonn is going to bring out the bottle of rum, the ice and the coke. So we can get in the mood, there's work after that's waiting for us!

He goes and sits on the couch, between the two women who remain. They whisper dirty things to him.

Hector takes his cell phone and calls a colleague:

HECTOR: Yeah, it's me... I'm fine... How much are we at?... Ok ok, I'll come in an hour, ok? Take care.

He hangs up and goes to sit on the couch, takes a Playstation controller and starts playing a soccer game. He hands a controller to Khrymo and starts playing. Meanwhile, one of the women rolls a big joint and gives it to Hector, who lights it while playing. The Squirrel joins them on the couch.

HECTOR: Chick, go make coffee, and put on some music! And after that
