Start a story with it.
Use it as the theme.
Use it to describe your main character.

Use it somewhere in the middle.
Use it as dialogue.
Write a flash fiction piece with it. (Make it 300 words.)
Write a short story with it. (Make it 2000 words.)
Write a drabble with it. (Exactly 100 words.)
Base an entire series on it.
