Do you wish to be able to communicate with others more effectively? Do you suspect someone might not be who they seem to be? Skills and the capacity to read people can be highly useful. Reading people is a skill taught to people in many professions. The roles that most obviously require these abilities are those in psychology or allied health and social services. However, numerous different professions require a variety of people reading skills. Salespeople to criminal investigators fall under this category. Paying attention and taking notes are necessary to read people. You must be able to decipher other people's verbal and nonverbal signs.

We all emit a lot of information through how we move and speak and our gestures and mannerisms. Not often do we mean or feel what we say. Think again if you believe that reading people is solely about having the ability to read minds and detect auras. Knowing other people's thoughts and mind reading is not as important. Being acutely alert is more important. It involves being aware of the appropriate body language at the appropriate time.

Using logic alone won't give you a complete picture of somebody. To learn to read the crucial non-verbal intuition signs that individuals give out, you must submit to other essential sources of information. To accomplish this, you must also be prepared to let go of any preconceived notions or emotional baggage, such as long-held grudges or ego conflicts, that prevent you from seeing another
