Abstract and aim of the book
The purpose of this abstract is to provide an initial overview of the topics covered here and to bring you closer to the goal of the book. After all, as a reader, you want to know what this book contains.
The first chapter is intended to create an understanding of chakras. After all, you can't learn what you don't understand! In order to convey this understanding, the term chakra
is fundamentally explained. In addition to the interesting history of origins, the current development is also discussed. In addition, the general functioning and applications of the chakras are shown.
In the further course, the seven main chakras are described in more detail. There will be a separate chapter for each chakra. The subchapters are each structured identically in order to create an easily recognizable, common thread. With the help of this uniform, structured structure, the orientation for you as a reader should be simplified. If you want to focus on a specific chakra, you can easily jump to the chapter relevant to you and get the necessary information.
For each main chakra there is first a detailed explanation. Here, especially the function and the physical location of the chakra is discussed in more detail. After all the basics have been explained in an understandable way, the main focus is on recognizing a blocked chakra flow. Methods are shown how to remove these blockages and make the chakra usable for one's own body and mind.
Since this guide is a book for beginners and I also want you to have all the relevant information about this topic, I have created a small bonus chapter at the end. Here, further chakra systems are presented, which are rather unknown in today's application.
At the end there is again a small summary and a few concluding words!
Introduction
„Body, mind and soul are elements of the world".[1]
Already the German writer Novalis recognized in the eighteenth century the meaning and importance of the concepts of body, mind and soul. An inseparable trinity that accompanies us throughout our lives.
However, especially in today's fast-paced world, the balance of this trinity is increasingly coming into imbalance. The pursuit of material wealth is increasingly preferred by most people. The topics of mental and physical health as well as the striving for an emotional balance usually take a back seat. But just these areas should be paid more attention by each person. Because what is it what remains at the end of a life?
You, however, already differ from these people as you read this. You are aware that physical and mental health is essential for a happy life. You are aware that besides the physical level, there must be a spiritual and invisible level. You are interested in alternative healing methods and spiritual growth. You have come across the concept of chakras, which are closely related to these topics.
The only thing you are missing is a toolbox to help you harness chakras to integrate the above mentioned aspects into your life.
Fortunately, you have chosen this guide! Here you will find exactly the tools that will help you to finally get your chakras flowing and to integrate the aspects like spirituality, physical and mental health but also emotional balance into your life.
Let's lose no time and immediately enter the exciting field of chakras!
