About this ebook
It is the World of Art that brings life to the visual perceptions of who we are inside; the depths of our soul. Without the Love our senses offer, that provide color and clarity to express ourselves, we can become lost and lonely, in search of a greater meaning; for Purpose. This book has this expression of purpose within its pages. Please read and be blessed with grateful hearts. Open the pathway to success, and the love of discovery. That is what enables us to thrive.
Sky Stirling has been associated with the Jewelry industry since his first experiments on the subject at the age of 16. As a lifelong student of Art and Psychology he has been exploring the vast universe of the Science of Being. With a well-educated perspective of what creativity and the love of consciousness can produce in the eyes of the Most High, therein rests our Hope for Eternity.
Within the various books this author is working on presently including Jewelry Lovers' Secrets there are little multi-colored gems of perception and understanding of life in the fast lane, the slow lane, and the ditch. It serves well to seek out these concealed gems even while some are simply hiding in plain sight. The search for, the discovery, and the learning of that which is most important should concern us all. We live in a broken world with many of us attempting to put back the pieces of our lives after the explosion that separated us from the Truth. If one finds a gem inside any of the pages of the books planned for release, it would be best to tuck that gem, that Truth, into a pocket and wait. Be silent, open the pocket, look inside, close the pocket. Stop, be silent, open your mind to the many possibilities of what to do with that gem. Open the pocket again to see if it has changed in size, or color, or Clarity! Yes, it Is different now. Things have changed, but Why? It's the why of life that many miss most often. Let's wait for a time, be silent and Ponder. Look into that pocket again and wait patiently.
This represents how we look at our lives, and see how our Gem, Our Gift changes given the Truth of who we are; as it is revealed to us one step at a time. When we Look closely, deep inside, we understand how incredibly rich and complex is our existence and as that focus is concentrated upon for extended periods it is possible to see how our future is secure. Please understand that there is a higher purpose to the books that I write. It becomes you.

JEWELRY LOVERS’ SECRETS
This little book started nearly 30 years ago as personal therapy. I worked in the jewelry industry for over 25 years as a bench jeweler and was responsible for every task associated with my business; at that time. At the age of 72 and because of technology it is now possible for you to receive the latest information in a very inexpensive way. The reviewed contents and some numbers I changed, reflect more current evaluations. Now edited for accuracy even as the overall jewelry industry has not changed enough. Technology has altered it, along with a little pressure from the consumer and a natural evolution of variables. My books are written mostly for our young men and women that must Live for Love and a Constitutional America. I wrote this book primarily for individuals who love jewelry and like money. This is primary to the task, of serving as protection for the jewelry buyer from unscrupulous dealers and people who will take advantage; just like taking candy from a baby. I want everyone to know that in places you might find I repeat myself. If this is seen, take note. I will go into the details later but understand that what I speak of is the absolute truth and every story
I tell reflects that same truth. Also realize that this endeavor first began in the last century. Certain variables that reflect a different opinion or exact current fact may exist while overall not likely as those who would want all to believe, spend, and spend some more will likely disagree for their own benefit. The purpose of this book is to save the jewelry buyer money that can then be useful for more important projects. A very potent degree of information I give to the reader as a useful tool within a lighthearted entertaining venue in a somewhat informal way.
Herein you will learn many things, mostly related to jewelry and some that are not. Because my audience is large you may find rudimentary information unimportant to you so just speed read that if needed. Let us continue for now with a series of short stories. This is really going to be fun. I am not kidding; it will be just as fun as you want it to be. That's the attitude I carry with me always. I am here to encourage you and to believe in yourself.
After speaking to a lady at a retail store where I worked for a time, I realized there were still people after 30 years that needed this book. Over the span of my life the materials used in jewelry have increased in value and there are few products that can make this claim. There are new materials being created to diversify and bring alternatives to what I used to create but the principles of understanding them have not changed. If you follow the guidelines presented here, you will save hundreds or perhaps thousands of dollars over the course of your jewelry buying experiences. Thus, whatever money you spent to get this book will be very valuable and at the same time; insignificant. Just as everything else, that price will increase as does demand but it’s just fair warning, you know, just my way.
Blessings.
Let’s look at the nature of jewelry. It’s simply been GOD’S GIFT TO MAN
just as the air you breathe and the universe in its complexity. Perhaps obvious, simplistic, or even obtuse to some, but everything that is True has been His Gift to us. So please, be clear about who you are and what is most important. Now what I mean in this case is that all the materials given to create jewelry in the beginning were free. Cost for materials was $0.00 that’s zero dollars and no cents! It will make more sense as we gain more understanding. As I am on this subject of God, it is important that you know that God spoke to me, so empirically I know He exists. I am not prone to hallucinating. Please don't judge me on this but rather consider the intricacy, immensity, and diversity of this physical realm including irreducible complexity.
I am a scientist. Personally, I don’t believe in random order.
I do believe evolution is a fact of science. I believe in energy, frequency, vibration, magnetics, and electrical impulses although I can’t see them. Science will someday prove the existence of God. Miracles happen every moment of every day. Ponder this, your existence is one of the miracles. Your brain is obviously a product of intelligent design.
Enough said for now.
Early in my career I traveled from coast to coast buying and selling gems. I bought in one place at the source and stopped along the way to sell to various shops. I marked up items 20% to cover my costs and make a little money. One day I was at a gas station for a rest stop and on the restroom counter I noticed a gold and diamond ring. It would have been easy for me to pocket this and continue. Instead, I gave it to the owner of the store for the lost and found,
just in case the man remembered and came back as someone else could walk into the restroom and just take it. Here is an example of free jewelry.
Please think about those last quotation marks very deeply. Very little in this world is truly Free. I handed a great responsibility upon that man behind the counter. This reference statement originates from the previous paragraph. It is valuable to take note of its historical importance.
Let me illustrate the possibilities with another experience that I had, although there were many. Please believe me that just because I was in the business doesn't mean this isolated event, I describe, can't be your future in a unique way laid out just for you. I need also say that those in the business do have opportunities that those outside that business don't; but this is true in every business. I include that your experience could be positive or negative, it's completely up to you. Just another reference to the latest paragraphs, one last time for now.
While working at a retail store in Boulder, Colorado where I had business control this happened: It was part of my job at the time and where I might take custom orders. One beautiful Sunday afternoon, a woman walked through the door and asked if she could trade her gold ring in on a silver one. Of course, to this I answered, YES. After all, I was in business to please my customers. To make a long story as short as possible, I did what she wanted. I took her stone out of the gold ring and put it into a silver one and charged her a very reasonable amount in the process. She left a happy customer. She was happy...I was very happy...Why? Because I then took a perfectly good gold ring, cleaned it up a bit, set a pretty but not too expensive stone into it and made a huge profit when sold, once again for a very reasonable amount. So, what did we learn from this? In a legal environment, jewelry costs between zero and millions of dollars. Think Hope, The Blue Diamond. There are other famous stones named Hope...I wonder why. Recently at auction an 11 carat Pink Diamond sold for nearly $50,000,000. Oh yes, I remember now, Faith, Hope and Love...the Greatest being Love. Consider the risk of eternal Torture versus eternal Love. I say this only to benefit you.
Please, just one more story here before moving onward. Many years ago, this story was in the National News. Every winter there is a wholesale trade gem show in Tucson, Arizona for dealers. There are people from around the world buying and selling goods. A man from Texas walked into a booth owned by a miner from Montana. There was a box of rough agate mined by the owner at the foot of one table. A sign attached to the box was, AGATE $15.00 EACH. The Texan picked up a rock and asked the owner, You want $15.00 for this?
To which the owner replied, Well, I guess it’s not as nice as some of the others, you can have it for $10.00.
Naturally, a sale occurred. Well, it turned out that this AGATE
was a 1,250 carat STAR SAPPHIRE worth roughly $150,000.00 at that time! Today that stone would sell for extremely outrageous money. We live in a Capitalist Economy and that's all right. It has served us well. However, it's up to the wealthy to decide which side of the fence they wish to occupy. It's a grave offense to hoard great money instead of say, using it for the True educational future of our children, or perhaps lift others up and out of poverty. Let’s move on as promised.
It’s unlikely we will find much finished jewelry lying around unless in the ground (and we have a metal detector and search), but we can realistically limit our expense. GOD’S GIFT TO MAN
was free in the beginning, but we now need the process by which the finished product comes to the people and that is what costs money along the way. Since, it is true that the cost of the product is determined by the people who are involved in its process, it follows that our objective is to locate the people who have completed the process more correctly and are not greedy. Here I add that the major
