About
Trevor Otts
Every few decades, a legendary leader comes along and completely disrupts everything we thought we knew about business. And, just like that, our lives are forever changed. Napoleon Hill. Zig Zigler. Steve Jobs. The world is wondering who’s next. That man is Trevor Otts.
He’s been called the Billion Dollar Brand Man, the Profit Pioneer, and an Automation Apostle. He prefers Marketing God. You can take your pick.
As brazen as he is brilliant, Trevor is the automation and marketing mastermind behind some of the most remarkable sales, business and thought leaders in the world. With a revolutionary formula of cutting-edge technology, sales methodology and global reach, he has devised campaigns that have generated multiple millions of dollars for his clients. His 2022 roster already reads like the SUCCESS 25 or Forbes’ Top 100—and the year is still young. If you give him a whiteboard and a pen, Trevor will erect an empire, map you from message to movement and catapult you into your expansive ocean of opportunity—one overflowing with revenue, impact, and power. You don’t come to Trevor for your business plan—you come for your legacy. You don’t come for your right-now-money—you come for your millions.
Trevor’s fascination with the flow of money started in the suburbs of Prince George’s County, Maryland. A get-under-the-hood kinda kid, he would pick big brands and businesses apart, brick by brick, dissecting them to find the gaps in their greatness and where they were leaving money on the table. You could say his destiny was always tied to the dollar.
It’s that destiny and his innovate-not-imitate mindset that led Trevor to co-create Peak Performers Institute, a state-of-the-art school and business development consultancy, for emerging thought leaders, coaches, and speakers. Trevor launched the game-changing company in 2013 with three clients, a tiny office space and a MacBook; today he sits at the helm of a technology empire valued at $250 million and serves entrepreneurs from Baltimore to Bangladesh. The company’s Hyper Immersion Model, a revolutionary take on the traditional live empowerment conference, provides a platform for speakers to blast their message worldwide and instantly increase visibility from an average of 600 to 60,000 attendees with a few ingenious keystrokes. Trevor’s explosive trainings and power talks have been broadcast to millions of viewers across the globe.
Trevor is the master of the next. He recently introduced his ground-breaking Evergreen Revenue Model to market, teaching business leaders how to join the ranks of renowned brands like Netflix and Apple with universal impact and wealth. The concept is positioned to take the business and technology world by storm and will undoubtedly be taught in industry texts and classrooms for centuries to come.
To do what Trevor does, in the way that he does it, takes more than know-how. It takes grit and guts. It takes a willingness to be forged in the fire. It takes the heart to be first.
So, what else is left for this man to do, you ask? Just watch.

Broken Pieces to Peace
By Pamela Hope
"If you are always trying to be NORMAL
you'll never know how AMAZING you can be…"
Maya Angelou
You see, most of us have made it on our broken pieces. These broken pieces have become our identity, our self-image, our marriages, our families, our visions, and our dreams.
I’m here today to let you know that once you make peace with your past, you can come to have peace with your broken pieces.
I learned about one of my broken pieces at a very tender age in my early teens. I had many broken pieces, not realizing that many of the pieces were even broken.
My broken SELF-IMAGE that encompassed who I was, who I thought I was, and who I had been told I was, were in no way, one and the same.
You see, I am the only child of 16 children. I am the 7th and youngest child of my mother. And I am the 9th and youngest child of my father. This is who I am.
The number 7, spiritually, signifies PERFECTION and COMPLETION and the number 9 signifies MANIFESTATION!!! So that should help you better understand who I am, and why I am, the way I am. Some have labeled me in the past as one who always does the most…
So now you know that I can’t help myself, it is a very intricate part of who I am and Whose I am.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Matthew 5:16 KJV
You have to be willing to allow the person you are today to DIE, so that you can give birth to the person that you are meant to become.
Les Brown
Through this journey, I had to be willing to die to my old self. This process was the rebirth of the new Pamela, who bloomed into who God created her to become. Was it easy? Absolutely not. It was, literally, as the Bible often describes, the labor pains of a mother giving birth. But was it worth it? I can truly say, absolutely! And now I can say that I am grateful that I have been chosen for a much greater purpose than I could have ever imagined…. I literally had to submit to His will and His way; and I know God may have felt like He was herding a cat. Lord, help me! God will do whatever is necessary to save your soul.
The Traumas
The Identity Crisis
Imagine being a young girl in her early teens, going through the change of life called puberty. Then in the midst of an ordinary day being told out of anger and revenge, by the man who you believed to be your father growing up, that he was not your father. His anger was for my mother who allowed me to live a lie. His revenge was for my biological father who took no responsibility for my existence. (Shhhhh… now the family secret is out!) There is a funny thing about secrets, they always have a way of revealing themselves.
For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
Luke 12:2 KJV
My birth was a major disruption for a lot of people. I was the secret. I felt that my presence would cause other people inconveniences so subconsciously I played small so as not to be seen by others. It was as if this mental belief kept me hidden.
As a result of this devastating reality, as a child in my early teens, I felt rejected, deceived, abandoned, alone, angry, hurt and afraid of what the future would look like. Because the close-knit family of 7 that I once knew, I felt, had now been ripped away from me. My entire life was a lie! How do you recover, or move forward from that? I felt like ending it all. Yes, me! I had thoughts of suicide. You see, the trauma blocked my memory from recalling certain instances related to my new reality. I clearly don’t recall any consoling or conversations about how I came to be, so therefore, I had to walk the journey to healing alone… Just me and God. My search for answers and to gain comfort through His word began.
Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears.
Les Brown
I am here to share with you…Fear is not of God. Fear and faith cannot coincide in the same space… In my favorite book it says,
For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity; but of power, love and a sound mind.
2 Timothy 1:7
Go for what you want in life, despite what others may think. JUST DO IT!
I’ve overcome a lot of fears in my life. Fear of rejection, not being accepted, fear of the truth, fear of heights, the fear of large bodies of water, fear of flying, fear of being vulnerable, failure, and even fear of success just to name a few...
My favorite book says,
2 Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy.
3 For you know that when your faith is tested,
your endurance has a chance to grow.
James 1:2-3 NLT
Be encouraged; The greater the trial, the greater the blessing…
The results of my broken pieces left me with a fear of rejection. I felt I was no longer accepted. I experienced a lot of rejection from my father. Yes, I did, I finally got to a point where I reached out to him for money for my senior class trip. When I would call, he never denied me, he just didn’t accept me. He would whisper on the phone to me as if I was another woman or something.
As I reflect on my past, the initial rejection I experienced started with my mother. Make no mistake about it, I truly adore my mother now, but honey child, we went through some very turbulent times once the BREAKING NEWS was released…
Always keep in mind,
Hurt people, hurt people, unintentionally.
I can honestly say without hesitation that there was no slack in my mother’s efforts. During my formative years, she
