A peek of what is at the core, underneath the surface, what is in the mind's eye and the human heart. It's a personal lens into the gloomiest, darkest, and most mysterious places that the psyche can take someone - but also, a love letter once one welcomes the road of acceptance into their path.
Heart Out attests that words can transform and save someone. A 20-plus poetry book that inspires an individual to wish for better days and seek a brighter future no matter what life throws in their path. It combines words that remind one to remain resilient with a golden heart and to remember to blossom. The collection is a plea to recognize the beauty within, and to never forget that a bright light is a gift to this world.

Gara Nlandu is a passionate artist from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Her educational background consists of a combination of studies in Creative Arts, Literature, Languages, and Psychology. Her professional experience as a project director allowed her to connect with thousands of individuals from diverse backgrounds and share her work with multiple communities.She is an OPCC Gala Inspiration Art & Culture Award-Winner who has a tremendous love for cinema, music, dance, storytelling, and writing. She always finds a way to blend culture and art in her creative projects and share knowledge by learning through art.
