Grenada. 1985. Ash Luther Ledbetter, his second in command Kane Shigimoto, and the newest recruit of the ALL Protection Company, Richard Miller, return to a safe house to await a plane to fly them off the island after a somewhat successful mission. They won. The drug smugglers who had been using another airstrip owned by the aristocrat that employed them, are all dead. The three men are unscathed, but the young and inexperienced Richard can’t stop shaking or stuttering. Richard doesn’t even hear Ledbetter’s orders and is going back outside to continue to bring in their gear.

Ash goes to grab Richard’s shoulder and he jumps. Ash then says with his thick southern accent, Kid, did you not hear me? Connie is gonna bring in the gear while we talk.

I... I’m ser-sorry Mr. Ledbetter. I just... just.
