Failing Fast and Forward (F3) moving at warp speed; the world has changed and if you are just thinking about change, it is too late. It is important that teenagers understand the importance of learning to see the end from the beginning and learn how to view things through the Mind’s Eye where Vision, Creativity, and Imagination are born. Instead of working a problem from the beginning to the end based on traditional and linear thinking, they must learn to work a problem from the end to the beginning based on non-linear thinking which is called Systemic Thinking and Dynamic Programming. The beginning is connected to the end and the end is connected the beginning. Why, because it is a System.

Systemic Intelligent Fast Failure (SIFF TM) trains and unlocks the brain, minds, and senses all at the same time. This transforms teenagers to become systemic thinkers where they learn to see the end from the beginning. As a result, they can learn to see the consequences of their thinking which will drive their actions versus understanding how their actions were based on not learning how to think properly or feeling the pressure from their peers. By the time they figure out that thinking drives action; action drives behavior; and behavior drives habits; it is too late. As a result, they have to face the consequences of poor decision making which could cause them to lose their lives and/or freedom. This book will help students learn to master their minds as well as themselves by helping them understand that the brain, minds, and senses work together as an integrated system and that thought drives action versus action driving thought.

Systemic thinking defines who, what, when, where, why, and how teaching teenagers to think systemically by working multiple parallel solutions simultaneously. Intelligent Fast Failure (IFF) is used in the experimentation process to get to the knowledge acquisition curve as quickly as possible, building and understanding of what works and what does not work. SIFFTM embraces failures as a pathway to success and accelerates learning by teaching teenagers to fail faster and learn faster. SIFFTM takes teenagers’ thinking forward and backwards and backwards and forward at the same time. Albert Einstein stated, A genius is one who makes the most mistakes in the shortest period of time. SIFFTM teaches teenagers How To Be A Genius. Success begins with FAILURES!

Systemic Thinking is 21st Century thinking, and teenagers must have it or they will become obsolete and not be able to make a difference and/or contribution in society. Why, because the problems of today and tomorrow are systemic and very complicated. Therefore, the real innovators and problem-solvers of today as well as tomorrow must be Systemic Thinkers.  Teen S.W.A.G. introduces the S.I.F.F. (Systemic Intelligence Fast Failures) concept to teenagers in a way that they can understand and apply to each situation they may encounter. Teen S.W.A.G is innovative, fresh and will become the model to reach and teach S.I.F.F. (Systemic Intelligence Fast Failures) to teenagers through the S.W.A.G (Success While Aging with Guidance) code.

He has extensive experience in tactical and strategic thinking, operations research and concepts, technology development, project leadership, project management, applied systems engineering, applied systems integration and testing, and the development of advanced processes and procedures to support engineering, planning, training, and operations.

Mr. Bruins has developed engineering curriculums with Dr. Jack V. Matson of Pennsylvania State University supporting creativity, innovation, and leadership for engineering students. He has been written about in Computer Graphics World Magazine, NASA Tech Briefs, Atlantic Progress (Canada), NASA Research and Technology 1999-2004, Popular Science Magazine, Houston Chronicle, Chicago Times, and his project was also shown on the Discovery Channel. Mr. Bruins worked with Dr. Kevin Montgomery, Director of the Biocomputational Center, at Stanford University investigating teleoperations and telemedicine technologies, advanced motion capture devices and sensors, and state-of-the-art haptic technologies supporting advanced mission and space operations relative to going back to the Moon and onto Mars.  Just last year, Mr. Bruins received the NASA Silver Snoopy Award on July 22, 2015. The NASA Silver Snoopy Award is NASA’s Highest Prestigious Award and only 1% of the NASA, Industry, and International Partners workforce receive this award annually.  For more Info, contact Anthony C.
