Listening to others' opinions is perhaps one of the best forms of respect,
Someone said
Sometimes our ears can be seriously plugged. I don’t just mean the icky, green stuff that can be sucked out with a Q tip. Mentally plugged ears. To master listening, it is essential to learn how to hear every word that is being spoken to you. To fully understand the cause, it is necessary to first identify the factors.
Here are the most common mistakes people make in order to not make every word count.
Talking to much - If people hear you talking too much, they may be bored and will not listen to your voice. People avoid talking with people who are talkative and think they are too aggressive. They will try to keep their thoughts from you, which can lead towards mistrust or misunderstanding.
* Prejudice. If you're predisposed to another's past, appearance, age, religion or race, you may not give due importance what the person is saying. Your prejudice can make it difficult to hear what is being said. It can create animosity among members of the team, and cause problems with group dynamics. Respect the speaker's perspective and don't assume you know better. This means that you must look for the positives and similarities in who he truly is and what they are saying.
* Distractions are a common problem. If you find yourself in this situation, you can either mute your device or face the speaker. This will allow you to maintain eye contact with them. To help you hear the message, it is important to make yourself and your speaker comfortable.
* There may be differences in beliefs. Every individual has beliefs and convictions which they wish others to understand. What are you able to learn about each other's unique beliefs? What are the things you're missing?
* Misinterpretation. You can misunderstand others if you don't listen to them correctly. It is better not to interrupt the speaker but to ask for clarifications. They may appreciate your efforts to be clear on each point and your attention to what they are saying.
* Faking Attention -- Faking attention is not just disrespectful but it can also be a sign that you aren't being honest with yourself. Although you may be nodding to indicate your acceptance of the information being shared, your mind may be elsewhere. You may have ever thought of what to wear to a party or what you should eat at lunch. The important thing is to focus on what is currently happening. In a future chapter, I will share some simple steps.
* Anger – If you are angry, then you will miss the important points. This can lead to problems in the future. This can lead to a loss of ability to listen or understand.
* Noise - Disruptive environments can lead to communication difficulties. Avoid talking in noisy places and try to muffle any noises that may be causing disruption when you are having an important conversation.
* Fear-If you feel afraid to talk to someone, you won't be able listen well to what they are saying. You might search instead for the sentence you were afraid you would hear. It is terrible. As you become less able to listen and learn more, you will be more argumentative than cooperative. To lessen your fear, it's a good idea not to panic and to take deep breaths.
Tip #1 for listening: 75% listening and 25% talking are the keys to good communication.
Your obstacles can be likened to great listeners. So that you can listen more effectively, remove that green mental earwax.

The exercises found in this chapter are often provided to employees who need to practice active listening in the workplace. Both require you to be attentive and aware of what is said. You will need to get the help from half a dozen other friends to determine who will run the game. This isn't about tricking or being clever. It's all a matter of improving your active listening.
These are easier for people who have done Chapter One. However, it is possible to find some difficulties depending on your group.
Exercise Three - Open discussion
It is important to place chairs around the circle so that everyone can see you. The leader of a group can either sit or stand
