    Introduction

    My name is Rhyder. I’m a one of a kind, special kid. I was diagnosed with Severe Depression with psychotic features, and PTSD. One of my doctors thought I had GAD but I disagree. Another said I had Borderline Personality Disorder but I’m too young to be diagnosed with a personality disorder.

    I wrote this book, a remastering of my previous one, to show people it’s not all hopeless. My story is kind of long and sad but I got through it like a CHAMP! And you can too! So without further ado, let me tell you a summarized version of my story.

    My dad went to prison when he was in high school. He was a gangbanger, and he made a mistake he’ll never be able to take back. He spent about ten years serving time before his release, and when he got out , all he wanted to do was start a family. And have a son. Cue in my mom and my two older brothers.

    Unfortunately and Fortunately the relationship and their marriage was scrapped after a year or so. I was placed in my mom’s custody. Now I love my mom, I really do. But there were some choices that definitely weren’t the best ones. All I’m going to say is that there was some neglect and abuse present. By the young age of five I was placed
