About this ebook

An arrow slices the air, a projectile of fate from Jenna's bow, finding its mark in Roesha during the throes of the Second Rebellion. The stakes have never been higher. The illustrious Jaha Palace, once a symbol of regality, has now morphed into a bloody warzone. A mirror of Dun, a world gripped by a relentless viral onslaught.

Yet, the planetary labyrinth of Dun holds secrets on the cusp of unfurling. Mysteries that have slumbered in its interstellar heart for eons are now stirring, ready to reveal themselves.

An age-old art collector finds herself in the throes of burgeoning supernatural abilities, a bewildering gift, or possibly a curse. The Governor, intoxicated with power and blinded by his reign over Dun's captive throne, remains oblivious to the rising tide of rebellion.

The G5, infected with a potent venom teetering on the brink of lethality, whisper prayers to the cosmos. A plea for a final shot at redemption. A last chance to restore their planet from the precipice of ruin.

Will Roesha outlast her wounds long enough to reclaim the throne? Who among them will still be standing once she returns…if she ever does?

Unearth the concealed secrets of Dun and their impact on its quarantined cosmos in the epic tale, Dun Wars: Galaxy Wars. Venture into this forbidden universe where the fate of a world hangs in the balance.

t first, Keith realized he hadn’t heard his daughter speak. He disregarded the words that had escaped her lips while facing the G5 members. The fearlessness of the ruthless men disgusted him more than all. Their presence had awakened the dream that he had dreaded. Though he had assassinated his brother and claimed the throne his, there was another one in that lineage that would rise and grapple with him.

Did you hear me, Father? Jenna couldn’t contain her distress. She could observe that the men in the hall were invaders. They looked weird and they smelled odd. She tugged on a faint sigh and disregarded the picture. Who was this young woman, and why was she so influential? Jenna didn’t require the mirror to reveal that Roesha, the young woman in the picture, looked so much like her. There was something that her dad was holding from her, and she knew it wasn’t appealing. A sick feeling boiled up in her gut as she recalled shooting some arrows into the youthful woman, who was a radical.

I’m sorry, darling. I’m tickled by these humans... Keith turned toward her. He didn’t regard that Roesha was in Dun. He wished these men were lying. His mind raced within as he imagined being deposed and assassinated, the sort of death that he had done on his brother.

Jenna could perceive a facade of skepticism from her father concerning the picture. She let the matter pass. Perhaps her dad wasn’t comfortable talking with her in the presence of these men.

How was the operation? Keith changed the subject. He perceived the G5 officials were observing and taking notice. If Roesha were alive and in Dun, he would identify her early and murder her without showing clemency.

Jenna understood why her dad had diverted the topic. A cocky smile remained on her cheeks as she recapped the incident at Aselva.

Those rebels are bent on taking the imperial household down, but we shall prevail. The men and I executed many and some arrested... She recited the details of the operation to her dad. I captured the joy of knowing that some rebels after a long while of hiding distracted him from the thought of Roesha.

How about their leader? Any word? Keith asked.

Jenna shifted. She had never lied to her dad, but for once, she would.  Jenna was attracted to Galel, and it was apparent from the arrangement on the rock that he was the master of the Second Rebellion. She had never liked a man before. All her life, she had concentrated on training and honing her techniques. She had not lived a life of a normal Dunnian girl. She didn’t denounce anybody for that, but she proposed to explore with Galel before slaying him because she would in the end. Though there was an intense appeal to him, he was the enemy.

I do not know who that is, but the insurgents we captured shall be grilled, she reassured her dad.

Impressive. I’m certain that you would rule Dun with a steadier hand than I have. Retire into the garden and wait for me; we shall discuss, Keith leaned closer and hissed to his daughter.

As you prefer, Dad. She nodded and wandered out of the room in a haughty gait, not leaving the picture of Roesha behind.

Aiden Riverfire and the other G5 members realized I had ambushed them. They had wished to play on Keith’s brilliance, but he had outmaneuvered them. They hoped to attack the Dunnians, but that was foolhardy.

We shouldn’t have come here... the physician was the first to air his annoyance. Although he admired his performance, he knew Keith would chastise him most because he had been the one to work with the children.

"Don’t even start, your eagerness to prove that Roesha isn’t human is
