Inspired to Comfort Your Soul - Samia Mehbub
Let It Be
A breeze of the sweet autumn leaves
By the shivering tree
Led them to land on my feet, gently
As the beaded bracelet was
Carefully wrapped around my tiny wrist
Each color resembling the
Memories I had that I kept
Close to this very dear heart
Round and bright as the previous
Days were to me
As I poured tea on my cup
Warmth and soothing love
Going down my throat
Letting the steam breathe away
Our heartaches of one another
Because our imperfect intention
Made us believe that our mistakes
Are stronger than these seasons
The answers are the petals
Of each flowers being carried by the wind
Turning to wisp
Kissing the cheeks of the fellow
Passengers and strangers walking
Past these empty, cracked sidewalks
Three petals of three important words
Hugging this atmosphere saying,
Let it be
it whispers to me
The love is in the atmosphere
There is no way we are apart
When living under God’s hands
I grab this finger and point to the sky

on the air
Watching the clouds make their way out
Let this sunshine in front of me take me away
Everything will be okay
Hush up, High
Hush up high, hush up high
Breeze that wraps around me
High, high, flowing from the sky
Breeze that wraps around me
O’er the rooftop, there you go
Brushing upon my hair, oh no
Glorious, glorious you, I see
You kiss the letters to my doorstep
Take my breath away, take my breath away
My heart is leaping, leaping
Away, away, this very, very day
My heart is leaping, leaping
Mother will take me to the sweet, sugary swing
The one I sing up high, sing
Under the bright, fruity sunshine
Hush, take my breath away today
The Magnificent
Everything glorious and holy
All people short and tall
All generous acts that you all see
Our beautiful God created and shall
The butterflies that sprouts their wings
He whispered, be patient,
he believes
The birds that sit on their branches and sings
He whispered you can
and he sees
The little girl that is lost and finally found
God creates all these beings all year round
If we all look within, and just share a coat
The deep blue, shimmering ocean
The bright, yellow sun winking on the sky
The stars that twinkle in our eyes
The galaxy that lives inside us from time
The flowers lying on your floor
The snowflakes that lie on a palm
The powerful words of I love you,
we become
The branches of a tree that says, amen
The green, green
