#1
The Sedona Method is a process that helps you change your life and keep it on track. It is extremely simple, but it is also much more powerful than you can probably imagine at this stage. As you continue to apply these techniques and principles in your life, their ease and power will grow on you exponentially.
Insights from Chapter 2
#1
The more you apply the Sedona Method, the faster your career in investment banking will take off, and the higher it will fly. The Method is also great for turning big issues into small issues.
#2

#4

#5
We escape our emotions by watching television, going to movies, reading books, drinking, using prescription and non-prescription drugs, and exercising. We also try to push our emotional pain back down by doing these things. But we end up doing the opposite of what we intended.
#6
The balancing point and natural alternative to inappropriate suppression and expression is releasing, or letting go. It is the equivalent of turning down the heat and safely beginning to empty the contents of your inner pressure cooker. As you use the Method, you will find that you are able to release when it is appropriate.
#7
When you master the concepts in this book, you will be able to see more than just your own point of view, which will free you from all sorts of conflicts. You will be able to see things from another person’s point of view, and that will help you resolve conflicts.
#8
The process of releasing is the act of letting go. It is the act of letting something go that you no longer need, want,
