Preface

This is the beginning of a new and beautiful life that you have drawn to you through the process of your own self awareness and level of readiness. This is the path of the open heart. Many people feel that channeling is simply a psychic venue and therefore discount it or totally misunderstand it. Some people even turn their backs on it thinking it is less than spiritual. Nothing could be further from the truth. This is the most escalated spiritual path in your available choice processes. Channeling, as Orion explains it and teaches it, is the energy of unconditional love. Orion, a loving being of light from another universe, brings this energy to us with the intention of not only healing ourselves but the possibility of healing our entire planet. This is done through lifting frequency.

In our modern yet complicated society, we have so many choices and life seems to be coming at us so fast. We have to think fast just to keep up. It is quite nice to have a simple way to access truth.

What lies within the pages of this book is an uncomplicated way to hear directly from Spirit, or your Higher Self, what is the best solution for you in any moment of any day. There is always a best way to do something. There may not be an only way, but there is always a best way, and that is what we each are looking for, especially in a pinch.

What also lies within these pages is a brief highlighting of my life and events that eventually lead to my opening to Orion. This gift I received of bringing his energy through to lift frequency and connect you to spirit guides and angels borders on miraculous. It, along with my children, is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. And now it can happen to you.

Channeling is a word that has been defined in many, many ways. For uniformity of purpose, let us allow it to mean: Listening to truth and then sharing the truth for the intention of greater love.

Although some people may shy away from a book that has the word channeling on its cover, I’m finding that more and more people have become open-minded and less afraid to explore life and all its options. I find that very attractive. On one level, this is simply another option to problem solving. Hearing what Spirit thinks would be best to do is at least comforting—at best life-altering (life altering when we trust and act on this divine guidance).

On a deeper level, this book gives to the reader an opportunity to completely experience a depth of love that often goes untapped in our busy, externally-centered lives. As I have often said, "Even though receiving information from Spirit is truly an awesome experience, it is the physical and emotional feeling of pure bliss that makes channeling with Orion so utterly outstanding." This experience of bliss is the true purpose of channeling, for in that moment unity is innately remembered and there is peace and liberation. We leave changed and better human beings.

Within this book, you will find a straightforward approach to consciously connecting with your Higher Self, angels, spirit guides or star beings. Learn the technology. Follow the process. Do the exercises. Trust the energy. Let it be easy. The biggest struggle will be with yourself as you gently discover you have been channeling spirit all your life.

Introduction

Writing this book was not my idea. I was told to write it by a spirit guide. I was told to write a book telling everyone who reads it that they can learn to channel love, wisdom and healing from the higher realms. Now, if you are still reading this book after hearing the above statement, this book is for you!

The name of the spirit guide that told me, in no uncertain terms, to write this book is Orion. If you choose to read this book, he will be your teacher and spirit guide for the rest of your life—if you want him to be. He is very loving, wise and strong. He comes from another universe. Orion is a star being.

Orion came to me in 1992 and started talking out loud in my head. He gave me instructions. I was certain enough of his being a reality that I did everything he told me to do. There was an uncanny sense of trust and love between us right from the beginning. Being Orion’s friend and listening to him has totally changed my life.

Orion’s purpose is to lift frequency. Spirit guides vibrate at a higher frequency than we do. In order to connect with them, they slow down their vibration a little bit, and we
