INTRODUCTION

One April day, on a morning just like every other, I had a moment's event that would completely change the trajectory of my living forever. It was the gulping realization of the tragedy of a purposeless life. As I sat in the conference room of my office by myself, I saw that the sands in my hour glass were fast slipping by. I realized that despite being on the fast track to fulfilling my ambition to becoming a top business manager in my company, I was still carrying the paradoxical weight of grave emptiness. I asked myself, ‘What have I missed?’

Why am I in a position in life desired by others, and yet feel like an empty space in dire need of filling?

You may have found yourself or currently are in a familiar place. You may not have had the exact same revealing experience like I did, but maybe you are currently asking yourself the same questions right now. What is the objective of my life, what is the essence of my life? Why don't I feel alive? What does it actually feel like to be alive, Would I ever be or would I just keep on passing by?
