This life you have has been created for you to enjoy. It is a life you designed for yourself so that you could experience the energy of life. The energy of soul memory. The life and light. The soul you have has eons of lives within it. Lives upon lifetimes through which you have experienced all the facets of human existence. You have experienced everything within this realm. The third realm. The third dimension. It is a place that is full of limitation. How else would you know what it feels like to be forgotten? Unless you had a world to play in. The forgotten journey. You can now remember. Take your time with this process. It has been a long time getting here and there is no rush for it to transform yet. This is the beginning phase of the earth's ascension, and it will take some time. Time is a process. Time is the tool you will use to transport along the process for remembering so that you can ease yourself into it. Awakening is not a fast process there is much to unravel and many layers of illusion to dispel. We have covered the world in layers of lies and as each lie is exposed, you will feel the energy release. It may be painful, and, in those times, you shall remember that it is only that. It is only a releasing of the energy of the lie, the illusion. We will remember what the illusions are together through this book that is being written for you. A lot of focus has gone into this book. It is a book for you to cherish, for it will help you in the coming days when you feel like you are alone and do not understand what to do next. The book will remind you what you are doing it all for.

Life here on this planet has become a trial. There is many, many limitations that you have put in front of yourself to hold you here. The limitations are the beliefs you have about yourself that stop you in your tracks, so to speak. They stop your energy from rising. They stop your frequency from speeding up. They hold you to the third dimension so that you can experience this world as you are. As a human being. You are being a human. And you are remembering that it is not the totality of who you are. There is more to you than the face that looks back at you in the mirror. There is a whole range of dimensional habitats that you exist within. Your focus is small and only allows you to see the world through the physical form but if you let yourself allow it, you will see more. You will see a world that is full of wonder and joy and happiness. This world is a paradise. It is a magnificent creation formed from the love of all who live here. It gives to you all and will keep giving until the time comes for us to move on.

The whole world is shifting gears, shaking free of the bonds that control it. The whole planet has a consciousness that evolves. It is not a singular entity energy. It is a unity across the full spectrum of this dimension.

The third dimension a place of light and love in the form of lies and pain. There is love here that you consciously feel through your experiences, as parents and family connections, but there is a deeper love that is yet to be remembered for the beings that exist all around you. Love thy neighbour is not about shaking hands and being friends. It is about seeing the purist of being in each other's eyes and recognising the light of love that exists within them. The light of love is the energy that you are. It is the energy that we all are and when you can see that in yourself, you will see it in others. You will
