    Mixtape Moods

    Side A: Thinking of You

    Coffee Song

    Bubble and brew,

    It’s good for you.

    Steam and heat,

    Now take a seat.

    A cup in hand,

    Listen to the band.

    Sip and sigh,

    It answers why.

    Get a second cup,

    Let’s drink it up.

    Coffee starts the day,

    Now let’s play.

    Orange Mood

    Sunsets spark mango fires,

Carrot fish swim in curry waves,

    Tigers lounge in fruit trees,

    While marigolds make

    Paprika pumpkin pies.

    Rain

Why are you afraid of the rain?

    It can only heal you.

Let it pour, let it pour.

    Give up the desert

    You’re hiding in.

Let it pour, let it pour.

    A new forest grows,

    Your new life is born.

Let it pour, let it pour.

    Swim

    If we swim the ocean,

    What will we find?

    Another land,

    another people,

    Or the way back

    To our own lives?

    The Flower’s Journey

In an unkempt garden in a forgotten town, a flower opened its petals and said, I am.

The other flowers were still sleeping. The only one who heard was the Sun.

Good, said the Sun. Congratulations. Now what will you do?

I must go on a journey and bring my message to the world, said
