Nonsense makes sense

About this ebook
Nonsense makes sense is an amazing collection of short stories and poems by artists from different parts. It is an outbreak of something new, diverging from the normal way of thinking and expressing. As the title suggests, it becomes an attempt to normalise 'a new normal'. The book paves a way to sprinkle this new way of thinking

Aesthetics of dream home
Gayathri Lakshmi NK
A long road home, I walk
Gutka rust and tar-less floor hardening my sole
When my Phoenix welcomes me
I am swept away by the whirlpool of his pineapple scent
Call him -- the lord of love, for he crumbles to the ground with my pilgrim touch
His rumble of tenderness shakes me
Feverishly – my fingers catwalk across a dream*
(Aesthetic: how to make a place your home)
*Dream-- an Azure blanket that carries me home
When smokes get into your eyes
And hearts grow like vines without sunlight
My baby’s beat will crack them open --
With his marmalade lips raining honey –
Calls me the sunlight that turn lamps obsolete
And our kisses -- a practice in phototropism.
(Phototropism: my body moving to your beat)
Essential Heart
Mohamed Asif Shaw M R
Hard heart. still alive;
Hot blood springs and so flows, in anger...
Blood seethes in wrath and vapours
From bottoms of every tissue
And condenses at the top,
With brain's breeze it cools and clouds accumulate
All of a sudden, those reddish clouds rash each other,
Lightning of thoughts sparks
Commanding the three Faraday's axis
To ground the supersaturated current
Sometimes hardly on those barren leaves but
Almost eternally in e notes strumming the keypad.
After a while, the blasting thunder drum
Twitches the whole slumbering senses.
Eyes to envisage; ears to decipher; nose to detect; tongue to resonate
And lazy skin to discover beyond
The horizon of physical rhapsodies.
Finally, the shower bursts; sympathy and love,
Empathy and other emotions with pride glides
Through veins, cools the nerves, cells and the rest
Circulates to all organs including the heart, adds chill.
Frozen heart. still alive;
Hot blood springs again
