Tilottama Pal has spent over thirteen years in the corporate world in various leadership capacities across multiple dimensions of human resource function. Her passion for understanding people and working with them reflects in her sensitivity towards human emotions. She has been actively engaged in reading and reciting poetry and has won several awards at state level for recitation since childhood.
