The law of your mind is the law of belief. To believe in the way your mind works, to believe in belief itself. The belief of your mind is the thought of your mind, which is simply that and nothing else.

There are four ways to acquire belief: through experience, reason, faith, and affirmations or suggestions. Through experience, you know that a thing or condition exists, such as that fire is hot. Through reason, you arrive at a conclusion that something exists or works a certain way.

The effectiveness of an affirmation is determined by your understanding of the truth and the meaning behind the words. When you affirm health, harmony, and peace for yourself or someone else, and when you realize that these are universal principles of your own being, you will replace the negative patterns of your subconscious mind with a positive pattern that is aligned with the universal truth of healthy being.

The 52 weekly affirmations are: Post a copy of the affirmation where you will see it throughout the day, relax and quiet your mind before reading or reciting it, and focus on the positive and ignore any negative.
