FOREWORD
It gives me immense joy and pleasure as Bishop Johnny Isaac’s Apostle to endorse this book. Johnny Isaacs is a friend, brother and co-labourer in the Kingdom of God. I have walked with him from the inception of his ministry and he has always maintained Godly character and a passionate heart for pastors and leaders all over the city.
Once a year he gathers pastors to honour them and to remind young leaders of a transgenerational ministry. In this season God is elevating Johnny to gather leaders from all walks of life and to unite them together for God’s mandate on the earth. Bishop Johnny is an excellent husband, father, friend and pastor to his local church. He is also an astute businessperson.
Bishop Johnny Isaacs has a heart to resource leaders and I am confident that this book will be an encouragement and a resource to encourage leaders all over the globe. I love him and his family with all my heart.

MESSAGE FROM
DR. MICHAEL HENRY
Congratulations to my "son in the faith" Bishop Johnny Isaacs on this significant occasion of publishing his book – Legacy of Leaders. Bishop Isaacs needs no introduction – his inspiring and resourceful ministry speaks for itself. I have no doubt that the contents of Legacy of Leaders was written with a purpose and intent to inspire and challenge the hearts of the readers. I believe that the transference of spiritual wealth through this book will be a blessing to the reader that wishes to succeed as Bishop Johnny Isaacs did with "The blessing of the Lord that maketh rich and addeth no sorrow with it." In retrospection of our relationship, we go back as far as May 1970 when Bishop Johnny Isaac and his family were saved during one of my initial campaigns in Alpine Road, Springfield, Durban, better known as Tin Town because of its informal settlement. The precious memories of divine intervention in my campaign on the night of Bishop Johnny Isaacs born again
experience, speaks of a supernatural event that will remain in our memories forever. It was a Kairos
moment when God was setting ministries in motion.
Ravished by a flood in 1976, the community of Tin Town
relocated to Phoenix. Picking up the pieces of the traumatic experience of the flood and subsequent relocation, with grim determination to resettle and succeed in every dimension of life.
For a season, Bishop Johnny Isaacs engaged in business with humbling opportunities. His arduous efforts of entrepreneurial experiences coupled with dedication and hard work made him successful as the man in Psalm chapter one. With his vision for the Kingdom of God, Bishop Johnny Isaacs engaged in church ministry with his family and sacrificially gave his life and resources until God spoke to his heart to venture into establishing a ministry that birthed Mighty Revival Ministries International
.
Everything that surrounds Bishop Johnny Isaacs, represents his courage and determination to accomplish God’s mandate and his vision for the Kingdom of God. suffice it to say, his unselfish and generous sowing to the Body of Christ
and needy communities both at home and abroad has been the hallmark of his ministry. If I may add, his humility and open door approach with fellow Servants of God has earned him a bond of Covenant relationship that is evident for many years.

MESSAGE FROM
DR SY GOVENDER
Bishop Johnny Isaacs is a Tin Town
survivor. Having lived in the abject poverty of Tin Town, God has raised him up both as a successful businessman and Apostle to nations. He has built a local church - MIGHTY REVIVAL MINISTRIES and Minister’s forum - CHRISTIAN MINISTER’S RESOURCE CENTRE that has serviced the community with healing and deliverance for many years. His annual conference- LEGACY OF LEADERS, attracts leaders locally and globally and has played a major role in advising leaders about building trans generationally.
His family, including all his brothers are actively involved in the advancement of the Kingdom of God. Bishop Isaacs is deeply compassionate for the poor and downtrodden. This signature quality has has enabled him elevate the poor and down trodden to positions of prestige. His dad was renowned for his care for pastors. This grace has been transferred to his son Johnny Isaacs, who has over the years distinguished himself in his sincere care for pastors.
This book reflects the power of Christ to transform and elevate an unknown person from the poorest of communities, TIN TOWN to a person of international repute.

PREAMBLE
It is said that a man should never forget his roots. Roots are one’s heritage and legacies are passed on through heritage. No man is self-made and no man has arrived. We are all on a journey of discovery and our identity as Believers, lies in Christ the Solid Rock. In remembering our heritage, we would do a great injustice if we never acknowledged those who played a pivotal role in our lives and helped us to get to where we are. In so doing we find ourselves reflecting on the past. While some of our past experiences may not have been exciting or mind blowing, there are certainly moments that helped shape us and these reflective moments cause us to be grateful.
Gratitude is the essence of success and indeed necessary for our progression. How we think about the past can play a powerful role in shaping the present. Maya Angelou said, there is no greater agony than bearing an untold story within you
. The idea of a backstory is to present the truth of a past that impacted the present and will have a bearing on the future. The subtle nuances of the past may not seem significant in your present, but it is these moments, that helped you get to where you are.
This story of Johnny Isaacs, is a reflection of the past and a celebration of the present. One can never celebrate the present, if the past is not re-visited. We do not re-visit to hash up old wounds, hurts and disappointments. It is a reflection and acknowledgment of God’s grace and His unrelenting mercy towards us in that while we yet sinners, Christ died for us.
This story is not an attempt to boast or revel in success to show off any accomplishment. Nevertheless, were it not for the Grace of God, none of this would be possible and this biography is an acknowledgement of God’s unmerited favour bestowed on a simple man who trusted God implicitly and was rewarded with a multifaceted blessing in different arenas of life. This man started life with limited resources, a torrid past and grew up in extremely unfavourable conditions. He never allowed his past to limit or confine him, instead he used what was at his disposal and with God on his side; he became a successful entrepreneur and a recognized leader in the community he serves. His ministry succeeded despite the odds stacked against him. This story is also an acknowledgement of a woman who had a similar background and refused to allow the world system to rob her of her divine destiny. Pastor Anita Isaacs has been through highs and lows and never allowed her circumstances to bring her down. She supported and stood by her husband through all of the hardships and her resilient faith resulted in the blessings that follow them.
Bishop Johnny Isaacs commands respect. He does not demand it. His life and testimony and his character speaks volumes and he is unashamed of his past as it catapulted him to his present. Over the years, he has seen the gracious hand of God over his life and that of his family and his goal is to impact future generations by leaving an indelible impression.
The Legacy of Leaders is the brainchild of Bishop Johnny Isaac. He is extremely concerned about leaders, is vastly connected to large networks, and brings together ministers from all nations and tribes. His amiable disposition has endeared him to thousands across the globe and his footprint is across the nations of the world. His legacy will be felt long after he departs.
As his cousin, I am immensely proud to be associated with him and I am honoured to have been tasked with assisting in this book. After a considerable amount of research into our family tree and our heritage, I too am grateful to our forebears for their tireless efforts in ensuring that we all enjoy the blessings of God that makes one rich and adds no sorrow. As a part of the tribe of Chettys across this country, we are grateful to God for the manifold blessings extended to all of us and we salute our cousin Bishop Johnny Isaacs and his dear wife Pastor Anita Isaacs, on their remarkable achievement and we wish them every blessing that our Lord would honour them with.
The Chetty family has a rich and colourful heritage and growing up in this family was exciting to say the least. Yes, it was peppered with
