This is the third Brian the Mouse story. The previous books are:

    1) Brian the Mouse

    2) The Amusement Park

The Antique Store and the Coffee Shop

We see it again, said the man’s voice over the CB radio. We’ve been watching the screens all night, and there it is. Right smack in the middle of a coffee shop, somewhat near the seaside.

Only, it wasn’t a man at all, it was a mouse, part of a large team of mice running surveillance on an area near a large body of water. They used speech modifiers to sound like military men.

It’s in a cupboard! said my friend Brian the mouse after a screenshot was sent to us.

We have to go to the coffee shop, I said, sternly.

And so we began to pack our things, but it was too late.

*chhht* (the sound of a CB radio makes). It’s gone again… said the voice. *chhht*

Darn. This has been happening all night! I said from the hotel room where Brian and I were staying. We also got a picture from the team showing the other radar images that they picked up. A tiny dot would appear on the radar. Sometimes only for a few seconds. Other times, for twenty minutes
