About this ebook

Did you know that many drugs prescribed for reducing the pain and stiffness of osteoarthritis have been shown in scientific studies to be completely ineffective? And that the drugs that are effective, may accelerate the destruction of your joints over time? It's also no secret that none of the drugs that are currently available for osteoarthritis, do anything to reverse or even halt the progression of the disease. Oh, and let's not even mention the fact that the vast majority of these drugs come with some serious side-effects, such as life-threatening gastrointestinal bleeding, heart disease, stroke, kidney damage, liver damage, and more.

Fortunately, there is another way. There are natural methods you can use, that have been shown in scientific studies, to be equally effective as, or even more effective than conventional medical drugs for osteoarthritis. Since Big Pharma can't profit from these natural methods, they are never publicised, and they are never given the emphasis they deserve in a doctor's conventional medical education. The only way a doctor will know about the power of these methods, is if he/she has a special interest in natural remedies for osteoarthritis, and does his/her own research on the topic.

That's where Dr Noor Uddin comes in. He is a medical doctor in the UK who suffered from moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis himself. Not happy with the way conventional medicine deals with the condition, he decided to do his own research, and was blown away by the results when he used natural remedies to treat his own knee osteoarthritis.

In this short book, Dr Uddin reveals 3 powerful natural methods that he himself uses during flare-ups, to instantly reduce the pain and stiffness of his knee osteoarthritis, without having to resort to taking drugs. Unlike medical drugs, these 3 natural methods have no serious negative side-effects, they don't destroy your joints over time, and they may even play a role in helping to heal your joints with time. With medical drugs for osteoarthritis, you are told to use the lowest effective dose for the shortest period of time (to reduce the risk of side-effects). However, since these natural methods cause no serious negative side-effects, you can use them as much as you like, and for as long as you like. And the longer you use them for, the more you will benefit from them with time.

3 Ways To Instantly Reduce Osteoarthritis - Dr Noor Uddin

    PART I

WHO AM I AND HOW CAN I HELP YOU OVERCOME YOUR OSTEOARTHRITIS?

Hi, I’m Dr. Noor Uddin, I’m a medical doctor in the UK.

What puts me in a unique position to help you with your osteoarthritis, is the fact that I suffered from severe osteoarthritis myself and overcame it.

I also have an interest in alternative, non-medical and non-surgical therapy, which is what helped me to overcome my crippling osteoarthritis pain and stiffness.

So here’s how it started with me.

I injured my left leg back when I was 13 years old, and my left knee has not been the same since.

As I grew older, the pain and stiffness in my knee got worse.

I remember my first job as a Foundation Year 1 Doctor, I was 24 years old, and as a junior doctor, there’s so much walking to do. You have to dash from patient to patient, from ward to ward, and all over the hospital, often for as long as 10-12 hours on the trot.

The only thing that allowed me to survive with my knee the way it was, was that I could occasionally take a seat while talking to my patients. But even sitting down was a pain, because my knee would be so stiff I could barely bend it enough to be able to sit. I’d have to go through excruciating pain to slowly bend that knee to a near-90 degree angle.

I recall one day when my knee was particularly bad at the end of a shift. I was walking to my car and didn’t know if I could make it. My knee was in so much pain, I had to stop and stand on my good leg while wondering what to do.

A senior colleague of mine saw me standing there and asked me what was wrong. This guy, Dr. Jun, had experience in orthopaedics. He explained to me how this is a problem that would get worse over time and that there was nothing short of surgery, that I could do to make it better.

This is the same story I’ve heard from other doctors my whole life.

I had asthma when I was young, and I always used to ask my doctors, "Is there anything I can do to make my asthma better? And the response I would always get was, All you can do is take your medication, nothing else you do will make a difference to your asthma".

Then when I got into medicine myself, I learned that there was supposedly no evidence that anything aside from what conventional medicine had to offer, worked to cure diseases like asthma and arthritis.

Time and time again, I witnessed other doctors tell their patients the same thing: There’s nothing you can do.

I never did see my G.P. about my knee, because I knew exactly what any G.P. would say and do. During my years in medical school, I saw G.P.’s and orthopaedic surgeons say and do exactly the same thing for countless other patients with osteoarthritis, which is to prescribe stronger and stronger painkillers over time, and as the condition inevitably got worse, they would recommend knee replacement surgery.

Knowing the side effects and other problems that come with each of these steps, I knew that wasn’t a path I wanted to take. I’m hesitant to even take the very first step almost any doctor will recommend for osteoarthritis, which is to take either paracetamol or a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug like ibuprofen. I’ll tell you about the problems and dangers of these and other drugs for osteoarthritis in the next section of this book, but the main problem I have with drugs for osteoarthritis is that they merely mask the symptoms of the disease, they do absolutely nothing to heal your joints. I want my knee to get BETTER, I don’t want to just hide the pain while my joint is damaged and getting worse over time.

Unfortunately, the overwhelming majority of doctors only ever prescribe drugs or surgery for patients with osteoarthritis. As you’ll see in the next section, drugs for osteoarthritis are either ineffective, dangerous, or both. You’ll see how surgery isn’t the cure-it-all we’re made to believe it is, and how surgery comes with some serious complications.
