Your Journey into Feminine Awakening

The fabric of Crystalline Rose is that your experience within the womb becomes the energetic signature for your own womb health and the relationships you have with your mother and spirituality. Your core childhood void sets the scene for your intimate relationships in adulthood.

We all carry at least one significant childhood wound, and this book will assist you in exploring the direct link between childhood neglect, abuse, feminine health, and spirituality struggles. You will also learn how to navigate a challenging relationship with your mother, womb disconnection, and spirituality to that of a more enlightened state of being.

I was awakened at exactly 04:44 in April 2021 by a profound and slightly confusing message from my Spirit Guides. I kept hearing the words, Crystalline Rose. I wasn’t sure what exactly I was being guided to do or the meaning behind it. I took a journal, pen, and my favourite coffee to the pond that I visit every morning. I asked my Spirit Animals and Higher Self to give me clarity on what it was I was meant to do. I was being invited to realign my business and to have faith in my intuitive healing gifts through sharing my healing wisdom without fearing judgement or ridicule from others. Furthermore, I was beginning to notice a concerning pattern emerging within the majority of my clients, and that was the toxic mother and daughter dynamic that plagued them since their early childhoods. It had severely impacted their mental and physical health, and they couldn’t find a way out of it. I noted the direct correlation between their failing emotional and reproductive health as the relationship deteriorated. It was through this outdoor consultation with my Spirit Guides that the concept of this book, Crystalline Rose: A Revolutionary Healing Concept for Feminine Empowerment, began to come to life!

The insights and guidance within this book are largely drawn from my spiritual awakening journey of being a lost and suppressed girl to an enlightened, healthy, and balanced healer. I have channelled a vast amount of insight from my angels and Spirit Animals as well as my own inner spiritual guidance, whilst working with a variety of women who were suffering enormously, as well as aligning my intuitive guidance with the groundbreaking knowledge from the world-renowned stem cell biologist, Dr Bruce Lipton. I have found that the intricate link between the scientific findings of our cellular behaviour, alongside profound spiritual and emotional insights, equips us with the wealth of knowledge that wasn’t readily available until recent years. When understanding that the physical and spiritual worlds need to coexist in harmony, we can truly elevate our human spiritual experience and, therefore, be the best possible versions of ourselves.

Furthermore, this book and my teachings harness the concepts of spiritual psychology. These ideologies invite us to understand the core psychological aspects of being human whilst delving into the comforting spiritual methods that are innately stored within us.

The sections within Crystalline Rose: A Revolutionary Healing Concept for Feminine Empowerment have been specifically split into three categories because they are the essential phases on this journey to a deeper, transformative, and beautiful spiritual awakening. Each part of this book begins with the phrase, I Am, as it is the most powerful affirmation we can affix to any sentence. It resonates at a frequency that instantly attracts specific beliefs to us. It rapidly manifests into our realities, therefore, only use words of empowerment. I have purposely used I Am for each part of this book, so you can feel connected to your body and your divinity!

Most of the chapters were born out of my endless musings with my childhood friend whilst sitting at the pond drinking a cappuccino. I am fairly certain the locals think recording myself on voice notes is peculiar, but it brought me to so many revelations, and it was definitely worth it! Additionally, I have devoted the last decade to analysing human behaviours, their rejection of the concept of spirituality and creating destructive cycles due to patterns developed whilst in the womb. By fine-tuning my knowledge and intuitive wisdom, the concepts that I discuss in depth within this book, are the aspects that have assisted my clients to pull out of struggle and into success.

Crystalline Rose is a form of spiritual psychology that embodies the New Earth concepts of self-improvement and holistic healing through focused and advanced energy healing methods whilst combining ancient shamanic practices. You will also learn how to shift out of aligning with unhealthy experiences and to adjust your energy field to become empowered and enlightened.

Our conceptions, gestations, and birth imprints define who we become as people and our societal concepts. Those experiences also determine the ability to be empathic and loving without condition. Your time in gestation is key to understanding your life and why events have unfolded in unfavourable ways. By navigating the energies and experiences of this sacred time, you will be better equipped to understand your emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

As a natural-born intuitive and healer, I have always been empathic whilst holding a profound connection to animals and their emotions. I feel at peace and humbled by their energy, spirit, and most important, their unconditional love. All of us could benefit from tuning in to animals’ vast amount of wisdom. My blissful and safe moments as a child came from being with my cat, surrounded by nature, and playing with crystals. I was more of a crystals-than-Barbie kind of girl!

My earliest memories as a little girl were feeling that I was somehow different and misunderstood. That was largely due to having a lot of instability and trauma to process. I didn’t fit into the ideal image of the prettiest or most intelligent girl at school. However, I held a high level of emotional intelligence which did come with regularly feeling invaded by everyone’s stresses, emotions, and environmental chaos. I wouldn’t have understood at the time, but this was an inkling into my innate spiritual gifts of being both clairsentient and claircognizant. Furthermore, I spent most of my time feeling afraid of others, their opinions, and getting into trouble. Children who possess any of the five clair senses can find human life extremely abrasive and fear the wrath of their parents’ words, energies, punishments, and being smacked. This is why it’s crucial that children are given an emotional safety platform to express fear and feelings without being blamed, punished, or invalidated. I personally find the concept of being smacked, which was very common in my generation, to be a disturbing form of violence-based discipline. It creates an environment of hostility, mental health struggles in adulthood, and a sense of shame. Crucially, though, it can cause deep fractures and a sense of distrust within the child–parent relationship.

I grew up in South Africa which was incredibly hostile, unstable, and lacked the energy of empathy and compassion. Schooling and parenting were authoritarian by nature, and punishment was regularly threatened. I developed post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of my childhood growing up in such an imposing and unforgiving country. This set the scene for my own self-discovery when I entered my early twenties, and I knew something very grand was awaiting me, though it took me a little longer to understand what it fully meant to awaken to my healing gifts and become healed.

I have been a shamanic energy-healer, psychic and intuitive reader, and a womb wellness coach for a decade. It is through my unique gifts and healing methods that I have had the privilege of helping thousands of amazing women who have experienced undeniable pain and suffering. They were in fragile and traumatised states when we first connected in a session. And as a result of their traumas, they became apathetic to the notion of finding true joy, love, and awakening to emotional freedom. The common theme with these women is that they all felt stuck, invalidated, and misplaced in this world. Furthermore, their inner child had long departed, leaving them with broken spirits and ultimately craving love, safety, and support. Their mothers were emotionally neglectful, cruel, disengaged, or mentally disordered, resulting in a lack of empathic and compassionate parenting. What also became painfully obvious for many of these women was that their intimate relationships began to fail when their partners behaved in ways that made them feel emotionally unsafe. Be it the smallest slight or a more obvious deceit. When this happens to women and our childhoods were filled with emotional neglect, we can find ourselves emotionally distancing from partners and attempting to flee to safety. Sadly, this is usually into the arms of someone who is even more insidious. This is a trauma response behaviour that develops in childhood, whereby the child emotionally distances herself, as an example, from a cruel and neglectful mother and runs into the arms of the father who never protected her. This pattern is subconsciously repeated throughout her adult relationships until it is finally addressed and healed. Fundamentally, it is crucial to understand that concentrated healing through your own womb is key to finding your inner freedom!

My passion for life, shamanism, and humanity has always been to help women reclaim their lights. To dance with the human and spiritual aspects of themselves and to understand that facing their shadows head-on is the crucial aspect to awakening to the path of emotional enlightenment.

Human behaviour has long been a fascination of mine, especially from a psychological perspective. I embarked on a journey of trying to understand why humans inherently suffer and take on the patterns of their surroundings. I also sought to try to understand why we are drawn to answers from a Higher Power or Source. No matter what the Source looks like to you, the comfort and strength that Mother Earth has to offer us all is vast in its entirety.

I created this book out of love. Love for my clients, love for their phenomenal transformations, and love for my own profound healing journey.

My teachings draw upon the New Earth philosophies, which have become the forefront of spirituality as we entered the Age of Aquarius at the beginning of 2021. New Earth is a specific energy and frequency emitted by Mother Earth and the cosmos. It is a higher state of consciousness as opposed to a physical place whereby the planet is regularly downloading and activating our cells with energy codes via the moon, sun, and out in nature. Humans carry varying degrees of frequencies based on their own traumas and genetics. When the cosmos emits light codes during a full moon or other cosmic events, our cellular memories are triggered in order to change. You can observe these effects during a full moon, when unprocessed emotions and traumas start rising to the surface, and you feel fragile and unstable. Light codes can simply be described as energetic messages from the solar system that our cells recognise as guidance and begin to activate dormant DNA codes. These are formed of spiritual coding and energetic data in symbolic format. We are all attuned to unique symbols, and I see these in my healing sessions. I bring these powerful codes through your cellular structures which assists in a rapid
