Hello, I'm Connor Whiteley, I am an 18-year-old who loves to write creatively, and I wrote my Brownsea trilogy when I was 14 years old after I went to Brownsea Island on a scout camp. Jane Smith, amateur sleuth, had always loved reading ever since she was a little girl, over 60 years ago, she loved being transported to new worlds to make new friends and go on exciting new adventures.

So when her best friend Marg had told her about a stolen book in their quiet little village in the south of England, Jane had to go and investigate, or at least have a nose around (or be a pain in the backside as her children lovingly said).

Jane stood outside a massive stone cottage in the centre of the little village and she loved it. Unlike her small stone cottage, this one was made from stunning white stone that reflected the sunlight perfectly, making the cottage seem a lot more impressive than it actually was.

It reminded Jane of when her and her husband had moved to the village over fifty years ago and had looked at a similar cottage, he had always said it was too expensive and had far, far, far too many modern features that took away from
