    CONCLUSION

    INTRODUCTION

One of the most serious issues in this age of failure to launch is the angry father. He can't help himself, yet his wrath exacerbates the situation. Criticism just serves to exacerbate the child's immobility. To make matters worse, Mom tries to mitigate the blow by being more understanding. This enrages the father even more, and he hardens even more. When parents divorce, they cancel each other out and lose their adult influence.

Angry resistance may also be linked to feelings of reliance, and anger may be linked to melancholy and despair. Anger and melancholy are inextricably linked in childhood. It is crucial to remember that much of what an adult express as melancholy is frequently communicated by a youngster as anger.

In general, harsh parenting employs techniques like aggression, loud voices, guilt trips, shaming, and accusing. However, a new study indicates that, while these approaches may appear to work in the short term to improve children's behaviour, the long-term implications are just not worth it. Harsh verbal discipline generates a shame spiral, which harms self-esteem and strains the parent-child connection.

What exactly is anger? Why is it that the father is generally enraged? What effect does an angry father have on a child? What effect does a father have on a child's development? How does a parent impact his child's emotional behaviour? Much more is addressed in this book, along with some solutions and motivational narratives.

    BASICS OF ANGER

Anger is a fundamental human emotion, much like pleasure, sorrow, worry, or contempt. These emotions are linked to fundamental survival and have been developed throughout human history.

Anger is associated with the sympathetic nervous system's fight, flight, or freeze reaction; it prepares humans to battle. Fighting, on the other hand, does not always entail throwing punches. It may inspire communities to fight injustice by enacting new laws or enforcing new norms.

Of course, if anger is used excessively or regularly, it can strain relationships and harm one's physical health in the long run. Prolonged production of stress chemicals linked with rage can kill neurons in brain regions related to judgment and short-term memory, as well as impair the immune system.

Learning skills to identify and handle this powerful emotion may lead to growth and transformation for people who deal with chronic anger or who just have occasional outbursts.

    What causes anger?

The mystery of why some people brush off annoyances while others erupt in wrath is interesting. One model of anger proposed by psychologist Jerry Deffenbacher contends that anger is caused by a combination of the trigger event, the individual's characteristics, and the individual's assessment of the circumstance.

The incident that causes anger, such as getting cut off in traffic or being screamed at, is referred to as the trigger. Individual characteristics include narcissism, competitiveness, and a low tolerance for frustration, as well as pre-anger symptoms such as nervousness or weariness. Perhaps the most crucial aspect is cognitive appraisal—classifying a situation as blameworthy, unreasonable, punitive, and so on. The interaction of these elements influences whether and why individuals become angry.

    Trigger event

To begin, consider the most basic component of this formula: the trigger event. There is usually some type of occurrence that occurs immediately before someone becomes furious, which serves as the trigger (e.g., being cut off in traffic, being insulted by a coworker). Typically, individuals believe that these occurrences are the source of their rage, and they say things like, I became upset because the motorist in front of me cut me off or that person made me so mad. The suggestion is that the events directly triggered their anger, and there were no other mitigating circumstances. Of
