I would like to acknowledge the help of God’s servants in his work of salvation. The Bible teachers I met at Duluth Seventh-Day Adventist Church did an awesome job of teaching with much clarity, understanding, and zeal. They welcomed new believers even long after baptism. I sat at the feet of Scott Annis and drank spiritual milk after I was awakened from my spiritual slumber and blindness by Pastor Steve Delong. I thank Pastor Cruz for the open, welcoming church he kept.

My hard heart became softened by words of love of God from his servants mentioned above and many more saints of God whom I met. My understanding became clear to put redemption’s story in place and Christianity as it is in the Bible.

Thank you, Pastor Wilkie and program coordinators at the Philadelphia Seventh-Day Adventist Church in the Bronx, New York, for the opportunity given to me to share my poetry with the congregation.

Introduction

I wrote this anthology over a period of eleven years on and off. This book is borne from an encouragement and cheer ministry I have on the job
