    Marybeth is an accomplished athlete in her own right, but there is still one thing that she has never done and still wants to do. Since she was young, she has always taken on every challenge without thinking about it first. This will be no different, as she has always wanted to learn to ski, but had never found time to do it.

      It's not like I don't want to take you with me, but this is something that I have to do for myself. You know that this has been a dream of mine for some time, and this is my time to finally make it happen.

      My boyfriend just couldn't understand, and I suppose from his point of view it may look like I was trying to get rid of him. That couldn't be further from the truth, and I would've gladly taken him with me, except the fact that I knew that he didn't like to ski, and the instructor that I hired was a little younger than he would've liked.

      I think you just want time to ogle those young men on the slopes, but as long as you only look and don't touch, I guess I can live with it. Just don't do anything that I wouldn't do, and come back to me still in one piece.
