The History of the Coat of Arms
Coat of Arms of Arcember (Vol. 2, pp. 33-34)
Arcember coat of arms.Neither Paprocki nor Okolski wrote about it.The deer standing on the Szachownica is the coat of arms of this house. The first was glorified by Jan, a courtier of the Pomeranian duke, when the duke threw himself into chess while hunting, Jan pierced the deer with three arrows despite the current one: it happened around 1630. Later this Jan, two sons of Piotr and Paweł: Piotr von Knutenown, heiress in Szorowek, son Maciej Walenty, deputy from Pomorskie, deputy ad pacta conventa from August II. which he signed in 1697. Paweł fathered two sons, Piotr and Stanisław.Piotr, née Dorota Myślecka, had three daughters.Elżbieta Milewska, Barbara Zadorska, Regina Włostowska and two sons: Felicjan, whose son by Anna Golańska [p.34] a Wojciech, Jan, the brother by Felicjan, first with Jadwiga Chłapowska and then with Ziemięcka.
Krasicki adds that the Arcember house has its habitat in Pomerania, in German it is called Hertzberg; this house is spread over many districts, some of which still belong to the Duchy of Warmia today.

Ol. Jadwiga Jaraczewska was 1st for Andrzej Sokolnicki, 2nd for Adam Rudnicki, mother of children from 2 marriages: Józef Sokolnicki and Marianna from Rudny. widows of ol. Stanislaw Szymonski. These children were minors after their mother's death and then Teresa Jaraczewska, 1st Modlibowska, 2nd Arcemberska went to the remaining widower of Rudnicki and took her chattel property and transported it to Bielawy, which was then under her property. She also brought the underage Rudnicka there, and Sokolnicki did not find her there anymore because Rudnicki's stepfather expelled him immediately after his mother's death. This occurs around 1750. Bielawy was the heir of Modlibowski's first husband and Wojciech Arcemberski settled there after marrying his widow. The village was inherited by the children of her first husband: Jan in the world, Ludwik in the Modlibowski monastery and the daughter of Franciszek, wife of Franciszek Krassowski, Modl. This monk is a professor of the Lędzki Cistercians. When the Krassowski family took over Bielawy, the Arcemberski couple moved to the nearby village of Kołrębie and shortly thereafter to the town of Zagurów, the Lędzki Monastery there and Arc. He died and the Krassowski family took his mother and her belongings to Bielawy and from Bielawy to her village Modliszewka. The complainants after their mother got nothing (f. 267)
