    Ranger Randy Morgenson spent his days hiking around in the backcountry of Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks in California. He was well known for his knowledge of the area.

    Ranger Nash had a very interesting way of working. Instead of boarding the helicopters, he would walk to the nearest town, where he would purchase supplies and board the helicopters there. He was never gone for more than three or four days.
