Hi, my name is Melissa. I look forward to our time of growth together throughout the pages of this book. Thank you for the opportunity to share my heart with you. My heart’s desire is to educate, empower, and administer the grace of God to every man, woman, and child. Although my life has many roles, my most enjoyable part is loving others where they are and helping them see themselves as they never have before. I am honored to walk on this journey with you as God reveals the pages of his heart.
My husband and I created the blueprint for our home over a decade ago. Still today, we are renovating daily to ensure our foundation can handle the pressure storms of life bring. Every home is designed with an image in mind. Nevertheless, the image will not be revealed until work is applied. Many things can affect the time it takes to build a home, and the atmosphere is vital to the timing for which the house can or will be built.
How will this person help me? Would this man/woman be with me? What will they add to my life? What can they do for me that I have not done for myself? Have you ever asked yourself these questions or any others closely related? These questions answer what is best for you instead of what is best for you and your partner together.
In contrast, you could ask the following questions. What could I do or say to help them see what I see? How can I bring to light what is not known or hidden in and by the dark? How can I tell them what they mean to me? These are questions that edify, empower, and remind your partner of whom they are when they do not see or believe it for themselves.
Therefore, encourage and comfort one another and build up one another, just as you are doing
(1 Thessalonians. 5:11
