Love Poems for the Soul - Christopher deLellis
Chapter 1
God and the Universe
A Tribute to the Sound of Love
May the sound of love come into your heart,
like a warm ocean wave caressing the shore,
gently washing this forever love into your soul.
May the joy of love spread from your spirit,
in sacred chants, flowing like a river of stars,
becoming the unfolding of your divine gifts.
And, as you breathe out the sound of your bliss,
the song of your eternal Love will abound infinitely.

for a glimpse of this twin flame that binds my soul.

hypnotized by her fragrant embrace.
Wanting to draw her magic, sketch her eloquence with my mind,
sculpt her with these longing eyes, those so magnificent shapes.
Begging the Universe to grant me just one more tomorrow,
just one more taste of her lips and the sound of her voice.
Asking to let me linger just a little while longer under her spell.

something else
quenching the thirst
of now-discovered essential longing,
the hallowed sense of desire for another
just as brilliant light.
And, after several million years of evolving,
the Sun, in its new consciousness,
began co-creation with the Universe of Love.
And in another hundred thousand years or less,
there was born another brilliant light, a second
