About this ebook
"Mrs. "Z" and Me" is based on a true story and the heart-warming relationship between a caregiver and her elderly employer for 3 years. This was a test of patience on the caregiver's part and the understanding that grew into a wonderful friendship over time. The similarities of their families were very interesting and portrayed in the last chapter of the book.

I am very grateful for the time that I worked for Mrs. Zubeck. She was such a wonderful lady after I got to know her, and the few years that I was in her employ became a learning experience that I carry with me to this day. She was the example of unconditional love and I thank God for the little bit of Heaven on Earth that I received during my time caring for her in her home.

Cooking, cleaning, and laundry, were some of the chores specified by the client and the company that I worked for. This was a part-time job for me which I scheduled around additional employment that I had at the time, and felt there was so much to learn from the elderly clients that I cared for.
One afternoon, I received a
