Our Seven Brains and How They Learned to Get Along
()
About this ebook
Come, learn about Unconditional Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Nourishing, and Conviction.
We each have seven brains, the four lobes of the brain, the cerebellum, the heart, and the gut. Each has a separate function. Each correlates to a Chakra, Kwanzaa Principle, Blessing Mode, and Cherokee Spiritual Direction. Each brain also uses a particular Method of Coherence. I explore each Method of Coherence and how you can use it to heal all your brains. I also include the Chakras, Kwanzaa Principles, Blessing Modes, and Spiritual Directions.
Each of our Brains also corresponds to a line from this love song:
He kissed her hand. Her body became a flute playing a symphony of joy.
He gazed into her eyes. She saw the universe in his.
He held her closely. She melted in his arms.
He whispered in her ear. She heard the beating of his heart.
He caressed her cheek. Her cares disappeared.
He stroked her scalp. Her mind went fuzzy.
He massaged her neck. Everything went into place.

Our Seven Brains and How They Learned to Get Along - Dale Stubbart
Seven Brains
There are many different views on how humans think. Some people do not believe that people think at all.
––––––––
Some believe we think with our Brain. Some separate different types of thinking into different parts of the Brain.
––––––––
Some people suggest that we think with both our Brain and our Heart[i].
––––––––
Others suggest that we think with both our Brain and our Gut[ii].
––––––––
I am going to suggest that thinking occurs in seven areas of our bodies.
This is my view. I will be talking about:
Chakras
Methods of Coherence
Cherokee Sacred Directions
Etc.
So don’t expect a scientific analysis.
This is my current understanding of how things work. It is only one view.
I simultaneously hold other views of how these things work. It is OK for all my views to be true for me at the same time.
Why Seven?
Well, seven is a nice number and counting them up, it just turned out that way. Of course the ideal is to get all seven of your Brains to work together as one. If you’ve ever had an argument with yourself or if you’ve felt like you were in the middle of your own internal civil war, then you know what I’m talking about.
If fact, you are probably aware just how difficult it can be to get your Brains to work together as one, even if your view is that all that thinking is going on inside your one Brain.
That view is valid. But it’s not what I’m writing about.
––––––––
Who cares? Who cares if we have
One Brain
Five Brains[iii]
Seven Brains
Eight Brains[iv]
