(Please see the authorization letter inside the manuscript) Dr. Ladji Sacko is an Associate Professor, in the Department of Languages and Literatures at Delaware State University, Dover, Delaware (U.S.A.) since 2004. He is a FULBRIGHT SCHOLAR (2001-2002 and 2014-2015) and Visiting Scholar-Princeton, New Jersey-ETS (Educational Testing Service-2007). He is a native of Mali (West Africa).
