God gives each of us a special gift; mine just happened to be poetry. Christian poetry that I have written will definitely encourage believers. There is a time in life to make a choice.

God gives us goals a willingness to strive

and to accomplish the strong desires for the things

of our heart.

He gives inspiration to seek hope that comes with peace.

that brings joy. A earnest to move forward to have

courage and strength.

That turns into wisdom. That is after grace, salvation

and the promise of redemption. The ambition

to indulge in God’s glory.

Who is Jesus Christ?

ARMOR OF GOD

The trumpets sound-The enemy is near

As I stand ready-I raise my hands and pray

I put on the full armor of God

so that I can make a stand

When the enemy comes I’m ready to fight

Here I stand at this place-Where God hides my face

On this rock I raise my shield and that’s all my faith

Enemy comes—I want to run

I tighten up my belt of truth

More foes on the way-Helmet on my head

Salvation is what it says.

They keep coming-Big and strong

I put my righteousness breastplate on

On God’s word—I stand firm-I raise my sword

But by Gods hand-My enemies fall

AS I GROW

I look to you as a little child

Teaching me your ways

By getting on my knees

Praying everyday

I look up in the sky

CAUSE

I want to see

I raise my hands to you

CAUSE

You give me grace

I turn my ears to you

So I can hear your voice

I put my arms around you

So I can show you love

I’m always asking questions
