    Writing Neuro Intelligence has been a wonderful and creative eItis my life’s work to share NLP’s powerful tools and techniquesso anyone can understand themselves and others and enhance andenrich their lives. To learn to live from the Inside Out with purposeand intention and to be who they came to be in this lifetime

    My first venture into sharing research, knowledge and experienceswith NLP in book form was in 2008 writing Neuro Intellegence.This popular handbook to NLP came from years of using the NLPapplications with myself and others. After 10 plus years of additionalexperiences and wisdom I was prompted to add more to this work which gave birth to Neuro Intelligence. This book delves deeperinto the mind and its functionality and explains in lay terms whathappens when people think and act. When people know better theycan do better.

    We learn and remember by experience, and experience is a neurologicalprocess. The brain is where it begins. When you use it, it grows andyour mind produces results. The more people learn the more capacitythey have to learn even more. As you develop your mental capabilitiesyou learn things easier. The brain is a muscle and when you first beginto use a muscle that hasn’t been exercised much it gets sore at first.But if you keep doing your exercises, it adapts and gets stronger. Thisapplies to the mind, the brain and the whole you. There is an old proverbthat says Knowledge is only a rumour until it is in the muscle. As youread this book, and do the exercises it will give you a way to build andexpand your brain mind muscle.

    Thanks to the modern science and psychology we now know thatwe don’t have to live with frustrations, stress and unwanted habitsand patterns. In fact all over the world many people have personalcoaches and mentors that they use to assist them in their daily lives.Not just for professional athletics, sportspeople, actors or presenters,this information is for everyone. It is quite an acceptable practice.

    It is a well-known phenomenon that when people understand howthings work they utilize them more effectively and naturally.

    One aspect of this book is devoted to the way your mind works. Everyonehas a platform from which their thoughts happen, it is the way inwhich they direct their thoughts that determine the quality of their lives.

    Neuro Intelligence focuses on how to learn and how to think andhow to use our inner tools. The book is written in three sections.

    Section Two: The Dreaming Mind

    Section Three: Quantum Results using Meta Mind Intelligence

    This book is about awareness, utilization and maintenance. For themost part, people generally take good care of their selves. Theyeat, brush their teeth, bathe, shave, shampoo, wear clothes, smellgood. Yet don’t maintain the inner selves. It’s been said that peoplepay more attention to what they are going to wear versus what theythink. When you think of it that way it puts it into perspective. Learnto weed your own thoughts and clear limiting beliefs, and actions.

    Take a moment and write down, what is your intention for readingthis book.

    What will you hope to achieve by knowing and understandingyourself?

    It is suggested that you read this book from beginning to end as theinformation flows from one level to the next for better retention and understanding.     The Brain, Mind and Body Connection

    Chapter One

    What is this thing we call our Brain?

    One of the last and ultimately most important frontiers that science isreally making headways in is the Brain, Mind and Body connection.Have you noticed that the world today is full of information aboutalmost everything? You can hardly watch TV. or go the movies,read a newspaper, magazines or listen to the radio without beingbombarded with all the new technologies and discoveries. In factthere is so much happening that it is hard not to be affected. Booksand documentaries, and references in movies entice us to realize howfortunate we are to be on the cutting edge of the latest technologythat is available to anyone to understand and learn. By reading thisbook you will be exploring many of the old and new aspects of ourbrain and mind and my hope is you will learn more about yourselfand others.

    Imagine understanding how your brain works empowering you withknowledge and increasing your capabilities to have the life you wantand ultimately were meant to have.

    Do you know that your brain has virtually limitless power to function,to do, and to be all it can imagine? By engaging it and operating froma point of contemplative control you can achieve quantum results.

    Brain Research

    Weighing only about 3 pounds or 1,400 grams and being no biggerthan a typical grapefruit, the brain is the most complex structurewith an amazing ability to think, analyse, imagine and create.

    As early as 2,500 years ago the Greek Physician Hippocrates,studied the brain. He wrote, Some people say that the heart is theorgan with which we think and that it feels pain and anxiety. Butit is not so. Men ought to know that from the brain, and from thebrain only, arise our pleasures, joys, laughter, and tears. Throughit, in particular, we think, see, hear and distinguish the ugly fromthe beautiful, the bad from the good, and the pleasant from theunpleasant. To consciousness the brain is the messenger.

    He believed the brain to be the seat of intelligence. However,Aristotle believed that the brain was a cooling mechanism for theblood and the heart was the seat of intelligence. Aristotle reasonedthat humans are more rational than the beasts because they have aproportionally larger brain to cool their hot-bloodedness.

    We’ve come a long way since then. The basic history of brainresearch has lead us over the last 50 years to understanding moreabout how our brain works. The brain coordinates and controls most movement, behaviour and homeostatic functions such as heartbeat,blood pressure, fluid balance and body temperature. Some parts ofthe brain are responsible for emotion, memory, cognition, motorlearning and other types of learning.

    The premise of this book is when you know and understand thefunctionality of the brain, mind and body connection you can dosomething with it and about it. Let’s take one step at a time.

    The Nervous System

    The nervous system exists in all mind and body. It is a method for thebrain to receive data from internal organs and to transmit messages backto those organs. Each area of nerves has its own chemical formula, ampsof electricity and power capabilities. Through the nervous system it setsup a magnetic field which is controlled by the chemicals of the body.

    The Brain is the centre of this magnetic field and it is controlled bythe conscious, higher conscious and unconscious thought impulses.Thus emotions trigger the chemicals which activate the system.
