Excerpt from the book
‘We use quantum physics.’ Cadmium replied. ‘It has been known for ages that two objects far apart can still be connected, in Einstein’s String Theory. So, we just use that, as a method of teleportation.’
Hazel looked astounded. ‘I have one question,’ she said. ‘Do you have Einstein in your universe?’

Chapter 1
Twiteroo!
Hazel sat drowsily on the rocky cliff edge, overlooking the beautiful sea and the deep blue skies. The clouds were a fluffy type of white, and the sky a nice, vibrant blue. Hazel dreamed of being one of those certain clouds, being free. She would float around, and adore her surroundings. She would constantly look at the vibrant sky; life wasn’t that easy for Hazel.
When she was just three, Hazel’s parents divorced. Back then, their family was in immense poverty, and her parents couldn’t stand the pressure. Hazel clearly remembered the day when it all went down in flames, and it was drilled into her memory.
***
Hazel was standing at the door of her room, incredibly scared. Her door was fully lodged open, and she was peeking down into the corridor where her parents were squabbling. ‘John!’ her mother cried, as John was Hazel’s father’s name. ‘John, this cannot go on!’ Hazel’s mother’s eyes strained as she spoke, yearning for John to listen. Her neck was twisted, making her seem petrifying, and her hands were thrown up in the air. It was evident she was under pressure.
John, on the other hand, looked ironically calm. His hands were resting on the wall, putting his full weight on it. Hazel remembered how uneasy she had felt. Everything seemed uncertain as if suddenly she had been pulled out of her own family. John’s expression was blank. His, hadn’t a smile nor a frown, his mouth was just a stretched line across his face. Currently, John was laid back, taking everything easy. Hazel felt infinitely angry with her father at the time, but now that anger had turned into a mass of depression and melancholy.
Soon after that sad happening, the divorce papers were filed against John, and then, her parents got divorced. Hazel hadn’t seen her father since, and that would stay for a long time.
***
Hazel went into melancholy after thinking about those horrible happenings. She hated the fact that her life had to be so utterly boring and unordinary, and for a moment there, she even thought maybe to go and commit… suicide.
Ever since her parents had divorced, Hazel had been driven into hiding. Constantly, the family had to move, from houses to houses. Their poverty had grown, and the longest they had stayed without being kicked out from a house
