Naz swears it’s all about that lack of sleep, which she says is even more important to her than water. Ashley updates us on the sleep situation with Dawson. She’s deep in the sleep training debate, and she breaks down the various perspectives on it. On the one hand, some people say letting your baby cry at night is going to leave them feeling abandoned. Others think that quality sleep for you and your baby are necessary to be a functioning family together.
